Worst tims iv ever used. Open an hour and a half and they have not made a pot of tea. Seriously. Its tea. I have tried ordering a morning tea many times and they never have any made. If that 1 bag of leaves gonna break your budget?

Im pretty pissed about this today. We were in a hurry and didnt check our order right away so we didnt have time to go back. My wife ordered a bagel belt which had been burnt and instead of remaking it they tore off the worst part and it was missing the sauce lettuce and tomato and half the bagel was still burnt

Every time we go through we stop and see if it’ll be better than the last time. Always somebody new working and they more often than not try to tell me they don’t have French vanilla cappuccinos when it’s because they can’t find it. Today was just ridiculous, at least 10 cars went through the drive thru in the time it took to put my order in inside. She kept getting distract or couldn’t find it on the computer which is whatever but I repeated myself like 30 times per item. Another employee comes to start taking other orders instead of helping the one that’s clearly struggling. Then start getting my order and have to ask for all the things again because it wasn’t being given to us. When I get frustrated I’m somehow the bad guy. She was just standing there and we’re missing our donuts and other baked items that she should have gotten. Our hot food from the back was out and ready and I had to ask them to get our other stuff. Like come on. Top it off with they gave me the wrong sandwich

Donuts were fresh and made very good with the fondant and glaze. The woman who took our order was knowledgeable. Our iced caramel macchiato was the best we’ve ever received from a Tim Hortons. Good food, good drinks, good wait time despite our larger order.
Stopped in for timbits for the kids, staff was very friendly, Ordered a 20 pack, noticed I only received 16 when I got back home

Nice staff, good iced capp, clean. The hand dryer in the washroom is ridiculously high lol. If i were shorter than 5’9 I’d get water dripping down my arms as i dry my hands hahahah.
