My steeped tea never has sugar and they always make my cold brew as an ice coffee and it doesn't taste the same at all. Absolutely fed up with tims.

Great stop for travelers! If you're on the QE2, this location is a breeze to get to. Just take Exit 357 (Southbound) and you’re right there. It was a very fast detour for a coffee break.

The facility was clean, and the service was excellent. There was a lovely older woman on staff who was exceptionally sweet and made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be choosing this location for my future drives!

I was given half a glass of ice latte because i order it without the ice and when i ask the server to fix it she said thats our policy as the ice is supposed to fill the drink to the top 😂 and she was rude too

The bill on screen was $24 something but she charged us $31.23 it was on drive thru & now we can’t do anything :(

I would never eat or buy anything from an establishment that’s washrooms are as filthy as theirs however I did leave it a lot cleaner than I found it. Please don’t reply because if you cared at all about your customers you would never allow things to be that bad in a place that serves food.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. There was no priority on who was here first and paid and ordered. I waited 15 minutes for 2 bagels. When others were getting g their order before me I said something and the worker goes “mam it is coming” absolutely ridiculous. There were 3 staff sitting there not doing anything. One on an iPad and one on their phone.

Placed an order for coffee with elderly lady, waited 10mins. Everyone else who came after me was served, I asked the lady about the coffee and she replied “ what coffee, I don’t know about your order” and just walked away. She was the one who took the order and the payment. Later another guy overheard the conversation and was kind enough to serve the coffee. Please treat people with kindness and at least respond properly to the paying customers.

This location is clean and well stocked. Made for drive through mostly. The staff is overwhelmed when you purchase from the counter, they let you wait endlessly.
