I stopped at the Tim Hortons in Bowden today and had a disappointing experience. The young white girl at the counter didn’t speak at all — no greeting, no “hello,” not even a simple “what would you like?” She just used hand gestures to take the order. When my coffee was ready, it was dropped on the counter without a single word.
I expected basic courtesy and communication, but the service felt cold and unwelcoming. This isn’t how customers should be treated. I hope the staff are reminded that a little politeness goes a long way.

Most of the time they get the order right, however the service is very slow, some employees mumble, they are not happy customer facing in store, and really take their time to get to the till and take orders.
