We have often stopped at this Tim Hortons on our drive home to Calgary from Edmonton, as it’s a quick easy stop off the highway and it’s far less busy than stopping in Red Deer. However, this last time the washroom was absolutely disgusting. I’m reluctant to ever go back, as clearly no one at this location cares much about cleanliness and or customer safety/satisfaction. If the bathrooms are this nasty, I can only imagine how dirty all the coffee and food equipment is, and how gross the kitchen areas are. Very disappointing.

After waiting for 10 minutes in the establishment for a coffee I walked out with nothing. 3 cars served in drive thru but I can't get a coffee all because you only have 1 person working. Unacceptable. I do not blame the worker but management for failing to full a schedule properly.

We have noticed that when it comes to the food its not done to tims standers. We are always shorted on bacon on sandwiches lg sandwich is supposed to have ten pieces but you get half same with the artisan and breakfast sandwichs. Lg for reference
