This is a great location and the staff are SO kind and friendly. I stopped during a work trip for a coffee and accidentally knocked it over with my purse and even though I tried to help clean it up they were so kind and understanding even though I totally embarrassed myself and made more work for the team. They even gave me a new coffee after, you all made my day.

I've stopped here multiple times and each time I either get half of what I order or something completely different then I ordered. Staff are really friendly just I would like to have the same service

Horrible service on a slow day, took a long time for order, ordered combos in which she repeated and was right but miss made the order saying we asked for smt else in our order we weren't offered our receipts and made us pay for the miss make which would of been fine but its makes it worse when it's a Karen yelling at you saying that she was right blaming on us

A very pleasant experience at a Tim's, for a change. This is one of those few TH locations that avoided hiring clueless foreign workers who do not comprehend English. The senior ladies at the drive-thru were very pleasant and quick for their age. It was nice to see some good'ol fashioned customer service. Will be back for my morning coffee.Parking: Very limited

Pretty sure the most common phrase here is 'were out of .... would you like this instead?' If I wanted the substitute I would've ordered that. Most recently, dark roast coffee, how does a coffee joint run out of coffee?

Whoever the heavy set lady that was working the morning shift at 6:00 am on 9/26/2023 was rude. No respect, no manners, and a nasty attitude. I hope I never see her working at this location again!!!!

You can make yourself full with your desired quantity. They got veg wraps, bowls, enjoy baked stuff.Parking: They got gas station too so that makes this location busiest i believe nd if it's rush hours, it's gonna be difficult to find parking but not always.Kid-friendliness: Their dine in is pretty wide nd no sharp stuff or any fancy decorations that can hurt kids so Kids are free to walk around.

Old lady that works here needs to be fired, never had a such a bad customer service in life. Didn't get donut with my order so I came back and said very polite that I didn't get it. She raised her voice at me like "Hold on!! You will get your donut!!".... She has a mental break down!
