Great little food truck in Boyle Alberta. Read the reviews, talk to locals, everyone raves about the brisket... so had to try it... I wasn't a fan. Taste was okay, but it was fatty and not quite deserving of the hype in my opinion.The fries and milkshakes are amazing however! Maybe a little pricey for the portions, but overall worth a stop.

Amazing brisket, done perfectly but for the amount you spend and time you wait we've got about 10 fries with our poutines each time we've come there. Would definitly give it a 5 star if you guys atleast filled the bowl of fries atleast half way . Good other wise :)

Kuby Renewable Energy stopped here for lunch, and the whole team was blown away by the quality and the services rendered. World class smoke rings on the brisket, delight conversion and all around immaculate vibes. Highly recommend will be back.

We stopped today, had the brisket cheesesteak, smoked brisket sandwich, fries & gravy and a churro with caramel sauce. Each and every item was delicous! Fresh, hot, tasty. The brisket was moist and perfectly done.
