Place is depressing and cold. They don't have any iced drinks in the winter which is ridiculous. The latte was scaldingly hot for 30 minutes and had zero flavor. Also it's really overpriced for the quality.

A great place to stop by for a coffee and snack in the Bragg Creek area. Easily accessible. They have a great coffee selection. The food reminds me of what you would make at home. That's a good thing.

I do weekly deliveries out to the mountain and I always look forward to stop at cinnamon spoon of a Denver bagel. Very yummy would highly recommend

The food and coffee were good, however the woman who took my order was very unfriendly and rude. When I asked what my choices are for my breakfast sandwich, she said "At the top". When I saw her putting a to-go cup under the espresso machine spout I asked if I could please have my coffee in a mug. She hesitated and then rudely said "Next time, let me know before you order". I said sorry and because of the snarky way she said it I also said, but you also did not ask, to which she replied, "We don't ask". Not what a customer should expect as part of a coffee and breakfast service.

I'm a frequent visitor to Bragg Creek to use the hiking trails nearby, and I have often driven past this coffee shop but have never been in. I heard great reviews about it from friends, so I thought I'd give it a go today after an afternoon hike at West Bragg Creek. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations. The member of staff who served us was not very welcoming and seemed disinterested, although she later was all smiles when a local came in, the lemon loaf had an odd taste, and there was little atmosphere. There was another member of staff, however, who was friendly and cheerful. Overall, it was disappointing, I enjoy various other eateries in Bragg Creek, but I won't be choosing to return to this one.

Stopped in at 5:30am for a quick breakfast before we headed to Banff for an early hike.
We were limited in early morning food options in the area, and we were grateful cinnamon spoon opens so early. The interior is so cute, with many little wooden tables and pretty plants.
I wanted to try more of their desserts and pastries but we ended up ordering their salted caramel latte and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The sandwich hit the spot and it was very portable on the go.
The cashier was polite and quick. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you are in Bragg creek!

The 9 grain bread was a big disappointment and the cinnamon buns did not taste home made. Breakfast sandwiches bacon tasted like Costco’s microwave bacon. Cute place and atmosphere but food was a big disappointment.

Always a favourite stop for snacks in Bragg Creek. I have been stopping for coffee for years and have recently been travelling with friends who like to stop for snacks. The place has never disappointed us. They are often busy and I feel sorry for the hard working staff. Food is great - coffee is to my taste and therefore superb. They have a lovely variety of treats. I highly recommend a stop if you are in the area.

We like this coffee shop and often stop on our way to/from skiing or biking. We’ve been going there for years and something has changed in a lot of places including here. They often use disposable cups for dine in coffee. Today, the reason was that there are too busy. With COVID, we saw that happening and a lot of coffee shops kept doing that to avoid cleaning dishes it seems. I do not understand this and avoid places not offering their coffee in a mug.
