Went in for ice cream and it was delicious. I had a banana chocolate cup. Authentic flavor. Great people working there.

Great candy and ice cream selection. Overall atmosphere has been ruined by one horrible employee who clearly hates to be inconvenienced by any customer. When a child dropped her ice cream and family informed her, she said "oh great". Most likely wont come back if service remains the same.

I think judging by other reviews we are all talking about the same employee, bigger lady shorter blonde hair.

Not impressed.last Sat . Three Ice Creams were paid twice by two different customers and the staff didn't say anything. One went up and the other one thinking it was not paid and they toke the card to pay for the same three ice creams .so they just committed robbery. They should be honest and refund one of the cards. Both first names started with R...I'm sure they can check their Saturday account.

Great place to take the kids - if you're brave enough that is!

There is no shortage of candy to choose from, and they have a variety of ice cream flavours to choose from as well! Maritimers in particular will be happy to know that this place regularly serves Moon Mist ice cream!

Consider this a reward for the kids if they are well-behaved enough on a drive out to Kananaskis. You may find something for yourself here as well!

Located in Bragg Creek this little shop has quite a nice selection of candy items and boasts 76 flavours of ice cream. Something for everyone here. Service was decent seeing as only one person was staffed that day and there were 20 people there. One suggestion would be to decorate so it doesn’t look like an old gas station.

Parking: Several shops surround the parking lot and it’s got quite a few tourists coming and going even in the off season

Kid-friendliness: It’s a big unique candy shop with lots of novelty items.

Wheelchair accessibility: It appears all businesses along with this one are on ground level and there are accessible ramps for those who need them

Disappointed in the service I just received. I have come here every summer with my family and have always had a good experience. Not today though the young girl working there obviously did not want to serve us she started by serving some kids behind us and then finally came to us for our order. After I had ordered 2 scoops she then asked me if it was for a dog. We are a family of 6 so I don’t know which one of us looked like a dog to her. She even had the nerve to get mad because I was confused about the question about the dog that she threw the 3 scoop on to the counter so I asked if she wasn’t happy serving us. I would have bought 6 scoops but decided it was best for me to just leave

I have never left a negative review before. My family and I stopped in to treat our two children. I asked if I could order two flavours in one kids’ scoop (some places say yes, some no) and the lady said no. Totally fine, so I asked to have two separate kids’ scoops on a cone. She pulled out two cones so I went to clarify that I actually wanted two separate scoops on the same cone. She snapped at me that I can’t do that.Genuinely confused and thinking maybe she misunderstood and thought I wanted one scoop with two flavours, I repeated myself. She raised her voice at me motioned at me aggressively that no, they don’t do that. At this point I was confused, my 4 year old was crying, and there was a lineup behind me. Not wanting to make a scene, we left. I won’t go back. I have never been treated so rudely for no reason at all.

Yummy ice-cream, and employees are just as sweet! <3

Very good ice cream …. Very busy until but a good place to stop for a ice cream after a hike

Awful experience! Rude staff. AVOID… The girl serving ice cream lipped me off for asking if I could have 2 different flavours… told me that they aren’t Marble Slab. She then proceeded to throw the ice cream cup at me. I also realized she also gave me the wrong flavour and then laughed at me when I mentioned it. Looks like she would rather be doing anything else besides working. I could see her be the reason this establishment fails.

Would give zero stars, but it’s not possible.

I love candy shops! This one has candy & ice cream. I bought fun Harry Potter jelly beans with weird extreme flavors. Fun. Unfortunately I found it super pricy. Bring your wallet $$$.
