The food was good as it gets for a Boston Pizza restaurant. Everything was very good. The coffee was excellent. The restaurant itself was quite nice. It is nicely decorated. The service was not very good. The server was friendly but we had to flag her down repeatedly. I like to eat at Boston Pizza and would go back. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

Cactus Cut Potatoes were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and came with a delicious dip that complemented the heat well. A must-try for anyone who loves a spicy kick. The Mediterranean Pizza was fresh and flavorful — the combination of veggies, olives, and feta cheese gave it a nice tangy balance, and the crust was just the right amount of chewy and crisp. Usually this place is good. I went into the Lounge on a Sunday afternoon. Place was empty. Maybe it was too much for me to expect good service but everything was bad and the place was empty. Tables were dirty, server was barely in the lounge, drinks were awful, checked on us maybe once or twice. Food took way too long for an empty restaurant. I asked to have 1 drink taken off and she argued with me. Giving 1 star.

Lounge side:The server was quite rude with a bad attitude. Never smiled. Snapped when I mentioned pop was flat. Never checked on us. I've never not tipped...I didn't tip! Don't think she should be in the service industry.
