Worst nachos I’ve ever had. Didn’t come with any meat even after I asked twice and had to go take back my first order because it was made terrible and wrong. I’ll never order food from this restaurant again. Very very poor service

1st time at Browns, quiet Saturday evening around 8pm , ordered the steak and pasta , really good , just keep in mind when ordering steak , I ordered rare, (I do this on purpose because it's how I like my steak best but also I don't mind medium, so if they over do ...it's ok for me) the server , Garret was awesome and the (Jeff one of the managers) also came by and offered to have the steak redone. We came to a great resolution and I am more than satisfied and will gladly recommend this location to locals and travellers #ramada is a very close walk.
Garret was above the expected and offered a couple of samples of different beers to help me choose (went with both!) great service and great food, prices were very reasonable.

Also just learned they cooked my steak correctly, it just ended up on the wrong plate.... Mistakes happen odds of 2 people ordering the same dish at the same time get mixed up on the steak..... and they let me know , still happy with the service 100% recommend trying this spot!

Rave to Brown's Social House! We were out for dinner with friends and one of our party is allergic to gluten, dairy and egg yolks. The management there takes these allergies very seriously. They even have a deep fryer dedicated to gluten free, so our friend could actually have french fries! The food and service was excellent.

Immediately were greeted when we entered.
Conversation with Scott helped to select our meal, he was knowledgeable about the menu and had tried several times.
Food was flavourful, fresh, and didn't taste cooked from frozen like some chain restaurants.

The problem here is the drunk, womanizing, arrogant for no reason owner Tim. Take your money to a better local place, where the owner actually deserves respect.

Three of us for lunch on Tuesday May 28th. We went early to get a good table where we could have a discussion and access to WiFi. Jeff the manager arranged this for us, so we spent a couple of hours meeting and enjoying their menu. So we had Kung Poe lettuce wraps which were basically deconstructed on the plate into a salad by my wife, the Szechuan Beef Noodle Bowl, and Fish and Chips for the adventurous eater. A couple beers, wine, and an attentive server made everything go well. Drinks and food arrived in good order even when we got wrapped up in our discussion. But they did not rush us. Pricing is comparable to other eating establishments with similar menus. So thanks for the great service, pleasant atmosphere, and top notch meals.

Was very surprised and disappointed to not get a refund on my credit card after it was charged the wrong amount. I didn’t want gift cards and the manager quite rudely said they had no cash. Food was okay, small portions and very pricey.

Service was great until it got busy then we didn't see our server for a half hour and we were done eating. Fries were undercooked. Understaffed for a busy night even though an event was happening that night.

Today (May 4, 2024) was International Female Rider Day. I made a reservation for 1 PM for 14 of us. The staff was awesome to my motorcycle riding group. They tended to our needs in a very professional manner and the service was outstanding. Our drink orders were taken right away and we didn’t have to wait long for our food orders to be taken. Our food came out in a very timely manner - which rarely happens with larger groups and not one meal was delivered to the wrong person.

The staff helped make this celebration more memorable.
