They told us Combos dont come with a drink you have to ask for one and pay extra, made us wait for 15-20 minutes for 2 meals, and had very poor mannerisms. Dont recommend eating here. They used to be great but its clearly very different now.

I travelled all over to many Dairy Queens throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan, and by far Camrose has the best one! I went in there for the first time and everything in there my standards. From the customer service that I received at the counter from the staff, they didn’t see me at first cause I’m short lol, but as soon as I did, they acknowledged me. The gentleman that came up to the front, had a smile on his face and was very courteous while he was taking my order! I got everything I ordered cooked at the right temperature. My chicken tenders were the best I’ve had from Dairy Queen for sometime! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen if you’re on your travels!! Trust me, you will leave very satisfied!

Cannot understand simple instructions! I asked for extra mushroom sauce on the top of the bun, it came with none, a couple of mushrooms does not constitute mushroom sauce! We won't be back!

2 mini blizzards and 3 smalls came out to like $35 which seems insane but that's what food prices are. Aside from that the blizzards we received were partially melted. Staff was nice.

This store is garbage. I come to Camrose once a week and when I do I get a chicken strip basket and fries to share with my son. The last 3 visits I’ve noticed they have been very light on the fries so today I mentioned something. They told me they’re now giving a limit on the fries they serve out and if I wanted more I would be charged. This already an almost $20 dollar combo and you want to charge extra for fries? I compare this to buying one of their overpriced cake’s, getting home and seeing a slice missing or buying a loaf of bread and someone’s already made a couple sandwiches. This isn’t shrinkflation this is stealing flat out. Just lost a weekly customer over some fries, great business plan.
Terrible place scammed me told me I already grabbed my cup after they got my order wrong and refused to give me the medium cup that they got wrong I didn’t even want the cup at the start but still never even got it. Went back up and asked after getting my receipt and showed it to her and she just said she gave me a cup and she didn’t, called back later asking for a manager to get a refund turned out to be the same lady she just kept denying what I said I asked to check the camera footage and was hung up on. Horrible service please never give this place your business as I’ve also herd roomers they spit in food for rude customers herd that from a ex worker there never believed it but am starting too now after this service.

I picked up an ice cream cake for my friend’s birthday and explained that the destination was one hour away. The man packed it up with ice in garbage bags making sure that it stayed frozen! Terrific Service!!!!

I recently ordered a strawberry cheese cake icecream cake for my daughters birthday. She loves axellotols and I asked them to draw one on the cake. The staff were very helpful and created a design that exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very happy with their work and the cake was delicious too.
