We went to this location for dinner and received very bad service. I was delivered an incorrect drink, there was a hair in my salad, and when I asked for no peppers in my pasta, they did not bring it without them. Our server seemed like he did not want to be there, he even asked us to help him clear the table and was very rude the whole time.

Haven't been there in a while. Menu has changed winter with my daughter and my grandson for lunch atmosphere is great it was just after rush hour and service was phenomenal.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch. We were lucky enough to be on the patio and were alone. To be honest, I was apprehensive as typically those on the patio are often 'forgotten'. I am pleased to say that we were not. Our waitress gave us ample time to decide what we wanted eat, was able to answer all of our questions without having to seek clarification, our waters were delivered right away and never went emtpy out entire time there. She made a few recommendations and was spot on. The Italian Wedding soup is to die for and we REALLY appreciate the fact that we ordered Mozza sticks and they have us plenty. Most establishments overcharge and skimp out... Not East Side Mario's. The bread was also brought out hot and perfectly cooked.
If you ever get the chance to eat at an East Side Mario's, go for it. You won't regret it. We'll be back.

Mianna was very sweet and personable. Had great suggestions and made sure we were well taken care of and made the best of our time here.
Kid-friendliness: We have taken our toddler and baby here on multiple occasions and we’re accommodated with the appropriate seating and service was extra friendly with us and our kid
Had a amazing time at this location. Went for a date with the wife and was treated like family. Definitely worth it and coming back. Our server Grace Definitely made this experience more worth it.
