I absolutely love ordering food here. I have a goody sense of humour where I ask them to leave notes on the containers for myself and my coworkers and they happily oblige. Their love of customer service as well as the quality of their food is outstanding!

Gets one star for convenience or one for the personable employee however the food causes a dive. Just bought sushi to go. No chopsticks, no wasabi which are fundamental to sushi IMO. One to-go dome wasn't closed and soya sauce package was split, imagine the mess I dug into when getting home...I won't be back.

Just came in to get Sushi to go, and it was very disappointing because who sells Sushi without giving Wasabi or Chop sticks, and the Sushi was only averagely good. Won't be returning for Sushi here sorry to say, but maybe you guys will make a better effort next time to ensure you provide a good expected Sushi experience for others.

This was not my first time ordering from Camrose location, but it will certainly be my last. During a previous visit, the sushi I ordered tasted as though it had been sitting out for days — definitely not fresh. Today I ordered tropical tuna poke bowl. I received an unusually large amount of tuna than usual, and it tasted noticeably off, raising concerns about its quality. Additionally, I found moldy spots on the pre-cut leaves. Overall, extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Ordered just a side order of rice. Ate approximately 3/4 of it, found a hair. Brought it to the attention of the staff, came up with excuses. "We wear hair net's" "you ate most of it". So I grabbed the container and said "if you are not going to do anything I will complain". Then he said he would do something. He replaced it.

Was craving Edo for our trip into town (live 1.5 hours away) ordered the chicken yakisoba noodles while hubby ordered the teriyaki chicken rice. We drove to the park for a nice supper date. Neither had more than 1 piece of broccoli or other veggies when we asked and paid for extra. When opening both containers they were both rice yet we paid extra for the noodles. When I went back to the store to get it fixed he handed me a container of plain noodles.. so upsetting. I even offered to bring the old one back in and he said not to worry. Just very disappointing experience especially paying close to $60- We could have gone to a nicer restaurant for that price!

Dietary restrictions: Hubby is severely celiac so it's rare for me to get non gluten free items
