Walked in, staff didnt take my order for close to 10 minutes, there was only 1 other person ahead of me. Wasgroom was dirty and were out of soap, toilet paper was just sitting loose on top of the dispenser. If the washroom is that bad I cant imagine how gross the rest of this place is. Chicken was soaked in grease to the point the batter was soggy. Literal pool of grease in the bottom of the bucket. Crisped it up at home in my air fryer to try and make it better. Spent the rest of the night in the washroom. This is hands down the worst KFC ive ever been to.
Remember when kfc used to be not so greasy they used to put it on drying racks to drip off the extra oil ???
