Food is ok. Nothing to brag about. The real issue is the customer service. They almost refuse to serve people at the till, want you using them stupid kiosks. Litteraly heard them say we’re not supposed to take orders at the till anymore.

Went and ordered at 1120am, so they had been open just under an hour, and EVERY single table was dirty. You could see crumbs and drink spills on all of them. Plus there was dead bugs on the windowsill. When this was brought up to staff they did not do anything about it, which is ridiculous since there was no one else in the store or drive through. I double checked on what the staff was doing and there was one girl on her phone texting in the middle of the kitchen, which is a health hazard. Avoid this place at all costs!

Whatever happened to KFC in camrose! We spent $40.00 there for 4 pieces if dried up chicken not at all fresh! Fries were cold, the Pepsi was warm! Never again will we be going back there! It was the worst food ever from KFC. All the manager could say was bring the chicken back. I am not wasting more money on fuel to bring it back ! Nothing was said about the cold fries or the warm Pepsi. I can certainly see why this establishment only has 3.4 stars! Hopefully after my review they will have less! ?

I've had some bad KFC in my life but this location takes the cake. Waited over 15 minutes for a twister wrap and a poutine. I was so relieved when my food finally showed up, just to discover on my way home that the wrap hadn't been grilled, just a raw wrap. So I jumped over to the poutine, it looked like something the lunch lady scooped out of a tray, the gravy was grey and flavorless, ended up throwing the entire meal out.

Ordered a bucket for mothersday. Chicken was picked up immediately and brought to my grandparents. I was the worst chicken I've had. The only moisture in the chicken was grease and it had a fishy flavor. You could tell it had sat under the heating lamp for some time before they reheated it in the fryer before they gave it to us instead of being fresh. I'm not exaggerating, I was a chef for 10 years and I know what that was. Not impressed especially on mothersday. 25 pieces of garbage in that bucket. Fries were cold and soggy and the gravy was coagulated but better than everything else. Thank God we got pizza too or we all would have starved.
Friendly and helpful staff. Portions of chicken and sizes are small but the quality is still hot and fresh.

Ordered 2 separate orders, 2 separate payments and when we picked it up they didnt even say both orders are in the same bag!! we waited 15mins thinking we're still missing that one order. what a waste of time and bad service. workers just standing around.no other fast food will combine orders in one bag if its 2 different people who ordered and separate payments unless said so or its ONE order. pls dont assume. do better.

Food was awful. The chicken looked and tasted like it was just lightly dusted with nothing but flour. The popcorn chicken appeared and tasted like it came out of a freezer bag and was thrown into a microwave. The coleslaw had what appeared to be bits of potato salad mixed into it. Never going to waste my money there again. Horrible experience.
