If you want to be parked and forgotten about EVERY SINGLE TIME. Come to this location. Doesnt what time of day or what kind of food. The times on the clock are more important than doing their job.

Was there around 1230 or so last night, drive theough worker was extremely dismissive and rude. Threw the food into my hands while scoffing and rolling her eyes. That was all after she forgot a burger i ordered and a fork for my poutine.

I’ve enjoyed more than my fair share of burgers over the past 71 years, and McDonald’s has certainly been part of that journey many, many times. Over the years, I’ve learned that not all locations are created equal. Some burgers arrive looking like they were slapped together in a hurry, barely resembling a complete meal and sometimes, the top of the bun has arrived upside down. On several occasions, the fries have clearly been cooked in old, rancid oil—something you can often smell before you even walk through the door.
I’ve also noticed that older staff members tend to deliver more consistent customer service and food quality, though of course every restaurant is different.
Yesterday—Saturday, January 11th, 2026—I stopped at the McDonald’s across from the Days Inn in Camrose, Alberta, and ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. To my surprise and genuine delight, it was excellent. The burger patty looked and tasted like real quality: juicy, flavourful, and neither greasy nor dried out. There was no hint of rancid oil in the air, and the fries were crisp, clean, and free of the usual dark spots or hard, inedible pieces. They tasted every bit as good as they looked.
What stood out just as much was the customer service. It was warm, attentive, and far from the rushed “here you go” attitude that has become all too common at many locations throughout North America.
I understand how challenging it is to consistently deliver top quality food and service in such a competitive industry. But yesterday, this team truly impressed me. Thank you for a genuinely enjoyable experience. I will be back frequently even though I live two hours away.

1.Went through the drive through , they messed up my order.
2. Went inside got a new order. Got home 30 minutes away in the order was still wrong. 3.Driving back now to try for a third time to see if they can get it right
Think this location needs a refresher the kitchen person cant read. Please do better gas is expensive

Every single time I come I am asked to pull forward and wait for my food or coffee. Even if there is not a line behind me. What makes it worse is that they come out with 2 or three orders at a time, this means that you are waiting even longer while they prepare orders that come after you.
I waited 8 minutes for a coffee the other day, and today.
If the food was freshly cooked, I wouldn't complain, but it's not, often the fries are cold and soggy from waiting for others food to be completed. This is fast food, so I don't expect amazing food, but I do expect timely service most of the time, not waiting 8-15 minutes after I pay each time I come here.
I think this is the last time I'm going to come here.

The lady at the drive through is rude snappy and will not get out of the chair she is sitting in and you have to over extended your reach because she will not move at all!, i pull a muscle in my back and dislocated my shoulder reaching into the window for this rude snarcky cashier that refuses to do her job properly or with any effort what so ever. This is not proper or fair to have a cashier doing customer service in this manor.

So everytime we come here you get told to wait in a parking stall for 10+ minutes getting ridiculous no other fast food place does that just done with the way they work here get your shit together

Had open sign on but we were told they weren’t open
Always dirty including the bathroom, flies everywhere can’t sit and enjoy a meal, slow service, fries are never fresh nor were the hamburgers this time. Just really disappointing.
