The lady at the drive through is rude snappy and will not get out of the chair she is sitting in and you have to over extended your reach because she will not move at all!, i pull a muscle in my back and dislocated my shoulder reaching into the window for this rude snarcky cashier that refuses to do her job properly or with any effort what so ever. This is not proper or fair to have a cashier doing customer service in this manor.

So everytime we come here you get told to wait in a parking stall for 10+ minutes getting ridiculous no other fast food place does that just done with the way they work here get your shit together

Always dirty including the bathroom, flies everywhere can’t sit and enjoy a meal, slow service, fries are never fresh nor were the hamburgers this time. Just really disappointing.

Stopped here to get some fast food because I was away from home. I bit into a double big Mac and the middle of it fell right out. Good thing, it fell into the box. I think these people are trained to build a burger. So that it's straight, and when they wrap it, they slide everything sideways. Not sure, but I think it's how they're trained to do it. It always yeah pisses me off

You know the thing about McDonald's. It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, it's no longer like that. They try to compete like they're a normal restaurant and all they do is serve hamburgers. There is nothing fancy about their restaurant and yet they charge the most outrageous prices for their food and when you go there whether you're inside or outside, they make you wait for a hamburger and you get no respect from any of their employees there. They treat you like you're a nobody. You're just garbage and again re-relaid it down to all about the money. Not about the customer and it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Not a freaking restaurant. I don't know how McDonald's beside to become to think it was a restaurant. They should have stuck with the fast food part of it. They would have been a lot better off and let me tell you they have lost a lot of business cuz what they've done. If they're going to try to get it back again it's going to be a hard road for them to go ahead

Miserable experience EVERYTIME I come here. This time their speaker box is broken and the woman on the headset wants to have an attitude like that's my fault? Even asking if I can just come to the window to give order she's snapping at me. Finally with communication error solved she starts demanding my order. Can't even finish the word before she's dumping down my throat for the next item. With that being said clearly she didn't actually care to listen to the order because the entire thing was wrong. I did not notice until leaving because they had me sitting outside in the waiting spot for ten minutes. I assumed my order would've been correct as I was the only one who had come thru the entire 20 minute ordeal. Disgusted and so angry I wish I could get my money back. I threw everything they gave me straight to trash.

Barbara, is extremely rude every single time in the drive thru, for this reason I never go to the west end location McDonald’s. Get much more friendly service at the east end location.
