This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap as a salad and asked for the chicken to be cut into small pieces, as I always do. This time, they gave me a whole chicken breast – which I could’ve dealt with – but it turned out to be raw inside.
When I told a staff member (who seemed to be a supervisor or manager), she took the food to show the employee who made it but didn’t apologize. She just said, “I’ll make a new one.” Later, she only apologized for the 35-minute delay, but not once for serving me raw chicken, which is a serious health risk.
I also didn’t get the cookie I paid for until I asked, and even then it was just thrown into the bag — no packaging, nothing. The second chicken they gave me was overcooked and dry. And while I was waiting at the counter for help, I stood there for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I felt completely ignored.
Between the unsafe food and terrible customer service, this was a truly unacceptable experience. Do better.

For how long McDonald's has been open for this place can't seem to do anything right except prices.
The food is disgusting and you rarely get what you ordered and if you do get what you order everytime you do it will taste different.
Ordered a iced coffee and couldn't even drink it 🤮
Service is slow for how fast and cheap the food is... I shouldn't be in line for twenty-five minutes and still not be the head of the line.
The atmosphere is very kid friendly but the average person aged oler then twelve will probably not enjoy the theme.
Overall extremely disappointed they couldn't even make an ice coffee consistently.

Chelsey (I believe that's correct spelling of her name) 😇 was ahmaazing! She's very accommodating and goes above and beyond for her customers. She was very great at foreseeing what her customers would need; and can tell she really cares about providing excellent service. In the time we were sitting there she ran outside with orders, did cash, grabbed meals and impressed us in the interactions we personally had very much. Thanks Chelsey! You deserve to be commended for your hard work! 🥰🤗

Went to pickup food for family. Deive through parks me for 10 minutes to wait for hot fresh. Get the order and checked to find missing items. Got parked again for more time while the rest of my food got cold. Totally unacceptable.

The last thing you want during a road trip with littles is missing food. But alas thats exactly what happened.
Wait time seems to always be the issue with this place regardless of the time of day. Burgers are hot though so the wait is worth it.

Come into the macdonalds, gentleman at counter who has cash waiting to make his order. I made my order at kiosk. He still wasnt attended too. 2 staff ladies already frustrated with him advising him to order from kiosk. Granted they were busy. But didnt notice him with cash only. The lady who was handling meats at the food line ran up to till not happy. Took his money for a coffee and muffin. Gave change and berated him in tagalog. Not nice words she used as I understood her. She then ranted to her other coworkers. The other lady gave him his muffin, but no coffee. She gave my order and I told her you forgot his coffee. Just disgusted with the lack of customer service. I get it, you're understaff, but you represent a brand.
