The waitress was very pleasant and checked back often to see if we needed anything else. The China stir fry was delicious. Always had a smile.

Parking: Right close to the premises. Handicap parking a accessible as well.

I went here for dinner in the lounge it was a busy place but the service was still able to keep up. The food was great and service was even better.

I really want to say I love eating here BUT...
The service is very inconsistent.
It seems like it's either great or it's terrible. Tonight our drinks were brought out quickly but after a long wait we finally had to ask someone (who was not our waitress) if we could order. In our waitresses defence, she was tending to a handful of other tables and it didn't seem like she had other help available.
The presentation & quality of food is also very inconsistent.
I usually order the same dish which is the sirloin Oscar. At almost $40 a plate one would expect for the presentation to be mouth watering & appetizing. Not to say I haven't had experiences where it did, but tonight was a huge disappointment. My seasonal vegetables should have been called chard or burnt seasonal vegetables. And they certainly did not taste good.
I did mention my disappointments to the waitress who said she would let the kitchen know.
No compensation was given & my husband & I spent almost $170 for our dinner out this evening. We both left feeling like the value was not there for the service & quality of food that we received.
Will we eventually give MR MIKES another chance, possibly. But we certainly won't be back anytime soon.

We've been here a few times and have been extremely disappointed in the quality of their food. The first time the steak was tough (New York Striploin) but we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the steaks (Ribeye!) were so tough they were completely inedible. We left the majority of our plates untouched and when we advised the server, there was a lack of care.

The worst part about the experience is that the manager was there and heard the complaint but ignored us completely. Instead, she took the server around the corner and talked about us.
Never felt so disrespected.

As we were leaving, we had staff members come outside to galk at us from the patio..

A part from the high bill for low quality food, and absolutely terrible experience, the bruschetta was absolutely to die for.

I'm sad to say we won't be returning customers.

Let me start by saying that you can always get a sense of what to expect based on the lack of responses to the reviews (no response). It appears that they may not value feedback, whether positive or negative. I decided to visit this place because it was conveniently located near the hotel. The staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I was quite disappointed with the small portion sizes given the price. I ordered the steak dip, which I would rate a 3 as the meat was a bit dry. Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms could use a bit more attention. I believe that next time, I will opt to hop in the car and explore other dining options.

We were frankly disappointed with the quality of the steaks. They were tough and charred.
We have had much better and more tender steaks at Mr Mike's in the past.

Dietary restrictions: I do not eat carbs or veggies. It was nice to be able to order no sides.
