Pizza was undercooked how can you serve this to people without expecting them to get sick? Then when we took the pizza back the workers had the audacity to tell us the pizza wasn’t undercooked and it was the cheese after we removed the cheese and showed them the uncooked dough. My family will not be buying pizza from Pizza Hut anymore and I will be sure to tell friends and family about this horrible experience, and this isn’t the first time either. 0 stars if it was an option. Also you should have someone who speaks English at the register.

Second time ordering from this location, first time food was good but less than good service. Didn’t even complete second time ordering as person I spoke with was too simple to make a half and half with two different sauces as I told him every other location has done this for me. Worst Pizza Hut location going.

Ordered for delivery and 30 minutes after “delivery time” still no order, called and it was marked as pick up. Other orders we placed were late for delivery times as well as super greasy pizza. Also ordered mild buffalo wings a couple of times and they delivered screaming hot wings. Very negative experience with people I talked too when I called, very confrontational and aggressive. Be wary of ordering from a company that clearly doesn’t care about the customer.

Very rude service. We went to pick up our order and there was a sticker for SPC. We asked the guy if they take SPC and he was like "What is that?" We explained that it is a discount given to students and he sais that he has nothing tp scan the barcode with. He rudely asked us where the sticker was and we ahowed him and he again said they don'toffer such a discount. He was very rude and we will never be coming to this location. Pizza Hut at this location should either remove the sticker to prevent misleading their customers, or they should educate their employees about this. Very bad service.

ordered thru uber eats and spent almost $50 for 2 pizzas and this is what i got. seriously?? look how little toppings they put. i specifically wrote on the instructions to make sure its the right amount or extra because they also did this last time.. this is unacceptable i am a paying customer this pizza looks just like a regular pizza with little to no toppings. do better!! dont rip people off who are just tryna eat after a long day!! for $50 more toppings should be added!! would rather go to other pizza stores here and get more. theres literally no toppings near the crust

I wish I could give a zero for service. Very rude. Pizza is usually good but in this case ours was cold so only gave 3 stars for food. The current manager is terrible so until she is gone I won’t be buying from there.
It was an amazing experience there and the staff was so sweet. Of course it's Canada the staff is also gonna be good then.
