Probably one of the cleanest buffets I have been to in a long time. Combined with the great good, some of the best pesto pasta I have ever had from a buffet! Top notch, dont believe the nay sayers, its great!

Had reservations for both Easter and Mother’s Day. 10/10 the food was phenomenal! I understand how busy these places typically become during celebrations and I would like to highlight the amazing job the manager and staff did during these buffets. Service was good, food was great, and we got in at a timely manner! Will 100% keep coming back.

If you have a big table, don't expect time to eat. We were not told we would only have an hour to eat when the reservation was made for the Mothers Day Brunch. We were politely told we only had an hour to eat about 30mins into the reservation...Then promptly visited by the manager who very aggressively told us we were over our limit and had another reservation waiting for 30mins. I suppose they thought a table of 14 would eat in 30mins before the next reservation arrived? Not our fault they overbooked reservations...giving a two star simply because the food was alright & they had decent gluten free options. Service not great, understaffed, dirty glasses and a wait for clean cutlery. Unfortunately not interested in eating here again.

Went for the Easter buffet with family. There were about 14 of us. I understand it’s a busy day but we were barely given an hour to eat and visit before they were aggressively rushing us out at 40 minutes. This seems super unreasonable, especially given how much time we spent waiting to get certain foods behind other people (omelette bar, brisket spot). One of our party wasn’t able to even get to dessert. I will say they gave a takeout box so they could bring home dessert which was nice! Overall not the best experience for a family holiday brunch.

We visited Rosie's for Valentine's Dinner while we were staying at the hotel. Everyone was great and we loved the food. We had breakfast the next morning, which was also excellent. One of us needs gluten-free, and they were very accommodating. Keep up the good work.

Wow, had a Saturday Buffet, AMAZING! Roasted potatoes, 2 salads, SHRIMP! Beef and all kinds of desserts with chocolate fountain. I went home dreaming to return again, the food items are imprinted on my mind. The best!

I realize the place is moving to Edmonton but they need some staff. Went there for a dinner show and the whole place seemed understaffed. The room was clean and very nice.

We had 2 dinner vouchers, and wasnt able to use one of them towards a appetizer (which was 5+ dollars less than the options they would cover), as we didn't want two big meals.
They also didn't give a dessert or anything for choosing to eat there on your birthday, which I found most restaurants do.
Food was pretty good, but was disappointed by these two things

I suggest you keep an eye on your chicken, one meal there on a 2 day stay, my wife was sick shortly after having supper there, sick for 2 days, I had the breakfast because the hotel offers a coupon with the stay, you should offer a part credit towards a actual breakfast, rather than barley warm eggs sausage and cold hash browns , definitely Room for improvement.

I was expecting a lot worse based on the reviews but we had a nice meal during a break from BVJ and the service was quick. We’ll probably be coming back next year since the food at BVJ has taken such a nosedive (assuming the casino is still around).

Very little service and food was cold and battled food poisoning after a breakfast meal. No one will respond to my emails or calls I leave messages and get nothing back.

we had breakfast buffet this morning and I am not sure if it was a one off or what. but most of the food was empty or what was their was cold. the little small pancakes were rock hard. for what we paid definitely not worth the price. also the service was extremely slow we waiting almost 20 mins to pay at the front....
