This has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Do not take initiative and walk in, you will be served as a last priority. If they can not keep up with drive through and mobile ordering then something needs to go. It was not busy when we walked in and it was still a 20 minute wait.

The worst service I ever had always waiting more then 20 to 25 minutes just for a small coffee although they have 6 to 7 people always working need to make some kind of SOP to make sure everything get ready on time.
Staff is always so friendly, orders are done with care and as quick as possible. Store front has lots of selection and atmosphere is a comfortable vibe.

Wow. I am from out of town and Camrose Starbucks is one of my top favourite as of today. I have to say to the workers there, KUDOS for being so fun and enjoyable, especially a certain female barista Sophia. Had a really rough day today and she is so funny, sweet and genuine.stopping by and having just a chat with this barista for only under 5 minutes made my, stress, and negative mood really disappear. I cannot wait to visit again. Went home with a smile and am hoping to experience again soon!!?????
