Probably the only Starbucks in Camrose, and it’s busy—cars lined up in the drive-through and a lineup inside even in the middle of the day. We stopped in on a quick day trip from the city and found a very clean, welcoming spot. And of course, water for the pups—Starbucks always comes through on that.

Spend 10 minutes getting set up to do a couple hours of work at this location, only to be told they are closing in 15 minutes…which would be 3:12.
Zero mention of these new random hours anywhere. Glad I drove all the way here to waste my time.
Starbucks keeps going more and more downhill by the day it seems.
It’s bad enough that they take 5x longer to make a drink in store than the drive through, but closing the store because you’re short staffed just shows how bad your business model has become.

Beautiful location inside but the staff leaves something to be desired. Everyone completely ignored me while I waiting for service. Some blonde eventually noticed me but did not say a single word the entire time and instead just rolled her eyes several times.

Love the new Cortado drink, the new Chicken Jalapeno Wrap is smallish, but quite tasty!
I don’t go to Starbucks very often anymore. But when I do, I’m always greeted with a warm smile and kindness. My drink is always correct. Lisa and Shawny are two people that make my day brighter going in. They’re both sunshine in human form, they seem to really enjoy their jobs. That’s all I can ask for. Well snacks/Caffeine :) keep up the good work ladies

Third car in line and about a 20 minute wait in the drive through. Wouldn’t be a big deal but then the drink came out wrong anyways. Never had a bad experience so must have just been a bad day.
