It easily competes with the best of Edmonton's fine dining restaurants without the fuss and formality. The food is just incredible. Unique flavors with natural ingredients, good portions, and the right balance and variety on each plate, I would make the drive for a date night. Set in a beautifully renovated house as well. This is an amazing gem of a place.

Dinner at The Borough Market Bistro with two friends turned into one of those meals you keep talking about days later. Every dish was beautifully balanced-fresh, thoughtful, and packed with flavour. The cocktails were phenomenal & Neka, our server, was extremely gracious and hospitable. The space itself is warm and inviting, tucked inside a charming heritage home that makes the whole experience feel a little extra special. I took my wife here for a date night and we were both thoroughly impressed. The Borough Market Bistro is an absolute gem in Camrose — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of rustic charm and modern elegance.
The food was outstanding. I had the chicken and waffles, and it was hands-down the best version of the dish I’ve ever had — crispy, flavourful, with a sweet and savoury glaze that hit all the right notes. Every detail was spot on, from the fresh ingredients to the beautiful plating.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We never felt rushed and genuinely enjoyed spending time there. This place clearly takes pride in every aspect of what they do — from food to service to ambiance.

A lovely place for a date night! I have been here a bunch of time times over the span of a couple of years and have had top notch service and exceptionally delicious food, each time! They were very accommodating to our little one and made our experience beyond amazing. This place has great management. You can tell staff appreciates one another and genuinely enjoys their job. Above and beyond a typical restaurant experience. The dessert is out of this world, they offer expertly crafted drinks/cocktails and mocktails and they have THEE BEST ENTREES in Camrose! Love their rotating menu.

The Borough Market Bistro in Camrose is consistently outstanding. Every time I visit, the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely top-notch. The cocktails? Easily some of the best I’ve had—better than most places I’ve been, hands down. Their mixology game is strong (look at the picture and tell me its doesn't look good...!)
The food is always high quality and thoughtfully prepared—flavourful, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about every detail.
I also really appreciated their customer service. I had forgotten to grab an itemized receipt, and within 10 minutes of reaching out, they had it texted over to me—super convenient and professional.
Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great dining experience in Camrose!

Went off of website advertising , to find restaurant (menu) … falsely advertising. Small, ambient noise (ruined experience) multiple tables (2 or more) impacted conversation (hard to enjoy conversation) two tables over means I hear everything you’re saying at your table. Food advertising on-line not currently offered at restaurant. Ordered the California steak 🥩 medium-rare…. To be corrected on cauliflower . Apologize, on my ignorance…. But who wants to pay 30$ on a slice of a cauliflower head…. lol 5$ and. Can figure that out myself… 😝. Didn’t peace it together till to late… Good food, love supporting local.. highly recommend updating your website and making sure your staff can handle a semi full house and update your advertising …doesn’t match your menu!
