Made a reservation here a couple weeks back. The appetizers were really good and with how expensive everything was we had high expectations. The entrées however weren’t great. The fish was overcooked and so dry you couldn’t break it with a fork. Had to send it back. Parts of the lasagna came out burnt and the lamb was cooked at different temps throughout. Definitely disappointed based on reviews and price

Finally got the chance to head out to Camrose and have a beautiful dinner here last night! We have had Borough saved on our ‘to try’ list for quite a while and it did not disappoint! 10/10 on all fronts. Wonderful service, delicious food, great atmosphere. Simply fantastic! Definitely will be back again.

My all time favourite restaurant in Camrose! I see the prices have increased a little but that is to be expected everywhere. The quality and service is always top notch here and I would much rather pay for farm to table quality than pre made chain establishments.

Michelin stars talk about whether a restaurant is worth visiting, worth a detour, or worth a special trip. Coming from Edmonton, Borough is worth a trip to visit. It easily competes with the best of Edmonton's fine dining restaurants without the fuss and formality. The food is just incredible. Unique flavors with natural ingredients, good portions, and the right balance and variety on each plate, I would make the drive for a date night. Set in a beautifully renovated house as well. This is an amazing gem of a place.
Dinner at The Borough Market Bistro with two friends turned into one of those meals you keep talking about days later. Every dish was beautifully balanced-fresh, thoughtful, and packed with flavour. The cocktails were phenomenal & Neka, our server, was extremely gracious and hospitable. The space itself is warm and inviting, tucked inside a charming heritage home that makes the whole experience feel a little extra special. A perfect spot for a relaxed night out with food that totally overdelivers. Can’t wait to go back! We are for sure customers for life. -Erin, Candice + Sarah

I took my wife here for a date night and we were both thoroughly impressed. The Borough Market Bistro is an absolute gem in Camrose — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of rustic charm and modern elegance.
The food was outstanding. I had the chicken and waffles, and it was hands-down the best version of the dish I’ve ever had — crispy, flavourful, with a sweet and savoury glaze that hit all the right notes. Every detail was spot on, from the fresh ingredients to the beautiful plating.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We never felt rushed and genuinely enjoyed spending time there. This place clearly takes pride in every aspect of what they do — from food to service to ambiance.
Highly recommend for a special evening out. We’ll definitely be back

A lovely place for a date night! I have been here a bunch of time times over the span of a couple of years and have had top notch service and exceptionally delicious food, each time! They were very accommodating to our little one and made our experience beyond amazing. This place has great management. You can tell staff appreciates one another and genuinely enjoys their job. Above and beyond a typical restaurant experience. The dessert is out of this world, they offer expertly crafted drinks/cocktails and mocktails and they have THEE BEST ENTREES in Camrose! Love their rotating menu.
