Service time is appalling slow for in store and drive-thru, not to mention the complete lack of costumer awareness causing long wait times during the rushes, and only having one person on front end in stead of have two cashiers and two runners . West end time in camrose has gone down hill of the years

I ordered a large ice cappuccino by the drive-in and I saw the employee at the window giving my ice capp to the driver in the vehicule in front of me. I saw that driver give it back to the employee. Then when it was my turn, I asked the employee if he just gave my ice capp to that guy who was in front of me. He refused to answer me. I asked again, he proposed to make a new ice capp. I accepted. Then, the lady-employee behind him took over and asked me what was the problem. I explained. She took the ice capp given by mistake to the driver in front of me and said: did you order a large ice capp? This is a large ice capp, she said. So instead of simply answering to my question, both of them refused to admit the mistake and they also refused to make me a new one. Refusal was categoric. They should just have to admit the mistake and correct it. Very bad service. There must be a better training of employees in that place. ASAP!

Taking the Raison Bran muffin off the menu, is the most destructive business decision a company could make. That was the ONLY semi-healthy item in the whole store. The rest of the options are simply Globs of Guck.(tasty though)

There must be a new employee recently that keeps screwing up coffee orders. My coworkers and I buy Tim's coffee basically daily and we have all been experiencing issues. Example/ Once had both my sweetener and my coworker's sugar in my coffee and she didn't have any sugar in hers. Today my coffee was missing a sweetener and my coworker got sweetener instead of sugar even after he tried to correct it when he saw it come up on the screen wrong. So whoever was working this morning is likely the person we keep having issues with. Please look into this, it's very poor service.

I wish I kept the bagel to take a picture, I am not the person to usually do this, but they have my daughter a burnt bagel I went in and politely asked for them to remake, three workers rolled there eyes in front of me and were unbelievably rude. They gave me a bagel which looked like they scraped some black off and just added more cream cheese. I get things happen but how it was handled and how rude they were I am not impressed.
