Would like to give zero rating very poor customer service. The team supervisor, Joshua, Joseph was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept talking in his own language instead of addressing customers properly, showed a lot of attitude, and spoke very aggressively. No respect for customers at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a supervisor role.

This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I stood in line for 15 minutes and got the wrong sandwich. The employees are incredibly slow. They just don't care.
Ordered a decaf with one cream and one sweetener and don’t know what I got! As a person with caffeine sensitivity and diabetic I need my coffee to be correct! Waste of time and money as I can’t risk drinking whatever this is. Doesn’t taste like coffee at all.

I waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks. I asked a guy that was going in and out of the building about my drinks, (the janitor) and he had to bring my drinks out.. the janitor brought me my drinks. Not the actual workers who made the drinks. He said that they forgot to bring my drinks to me. I waited 10 minutes for a drink that was already made. They forgot to bring it to me for 10 minutes. Imagine if I didn’t ask that guy for my drink. How long would I have been waiting for?
