Got there at 945pm in doors are already 🔒
Ordered a pizza in the drive through. After 20 min of waiting I had to leave. Why offer something you can’t deliver?

I don’t know what the point is having a sign on the door saying we are open from 5 to 11 and you get there at 5:30 in the morning and they will not open the door if you can’t have updated signs then don’t have no signs at all on the door a bunch of bullshit you take the time to turn off the highway to go and get a coffee and you’re just wasting your own time And the people working here are always grumpy
Weirdest experience I have ever had at a Tim's. After serving me my coffee, the young, blonde, clean-cut male employee commented that there was a 'strong smell in the place today'. I was already walking away, and his comment confused me. I said I could only smell coffee, and he responded 'that's not the smell I'm talking about'. I have no idea what he was on about, and I can't imagine why an employee would make a comment like that while serving food. Very unsettling and made me uncomfortable about consuming anything he had prepared, so I dumped out my coffee and will not be stopping here again. Bizarre customer service training or perhaps a mental health issue? Ruined my appetite.

The lady taking my order today made us feel like we were bothering her. She was a bit rude and unfriendly. I think Tim Hortons needs to take action on improving customer service.

Unfortunately, the customer service in this place is terrible. The manner and attitude of the cashier showed a lack of service and respect for the client. She needs to enjoy her job.

No hours posted on the door, Google says it closed at 10. We got there at 9 on the dot, doors were locked. Had to go to the drive thru window to talk to anybody. They closed at 9, would not let us in to use the bathroom and order an ice cap, even though there were 5 people in there enjoying their drinks.

Says they're open at 5 am, but door was still locked at 5:45 am when I tried to go in for a coffee.
Said it was open to 11pm showed up at 9:45pm and doors were locked
I visited today and was disappointed to find that the espresso cream was unavailable. Additionally, I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel for my son, and although I saw one available, it was given to another customer.
