Went to the drive thru and the whoever was taking the order has no idea what lactose free or dairy free is. She argued that almond milk is milk. Snapped at my husband when he was confused since oat and almond beverages are generally on the menu. Originally wanted the new protein latte and it said it was lactose free. I wonder if they just dont get any training about the products. Anyways disappointed, not drinking my coffee because im worried she might have just put regulary milk.

Toilets were clogged, place was dirty,and when I ordered a 20 pack of timbits, they gave us 14. Asked for chocolate dip donuts and they gave us completely wrong ones. Staff were rude and didn't pay attention to us

Asked for a donut with the name on it and it was the wrong name. The lady at the counter grabbed the one of the name that actually should’ve been on another donut. Then when I told her I wanted the chocolate donut. She got upset and didn’t acknowledge that it was the stores fault for switching the labels of the names.

The morning staff are rude and ignorant. Refuse to look at screens and do their job , blame their problems on the system. Or the customer doesn't know how to use the app all of a sudden. The one lady had a heart attack when I ordered 2 belts and 2 wraps, she almost had a meltdown and tried to get me to order a smaller amount of food, even though I ordered 15 minutes in advance on the app. So almost 30 minutes for 2 wraps 2 belts , unacceptable. The rude attitude is unacceptable. Throw a temper tantrum because someone calls you out on being 10 minutes late on an order, grow up.

I don’t know what the point is having a sign on the door saying we are open from 5 to 11 and you get there at 5:30 in the morning and they will not open the door if you can’t have updated signs then don’t have no signs at all on the door a bunch of bullshit you take the time to turn off the highway to go and get a coffee and you’re just wasting your own time And the people working here are always grumpy
