I drive through camrose once every week for work . The thing I look forward to most, is seeking out home grown restaurants bakeries coffee shops and delis . This place, from the service, to the quality, to the cleanliness and most importantly the products , hits a home run for what I want to support when it comes to locally owned businesses. Twists and More is my absolute favorite bakery.Everything is made fresh daily as well there are many frozen meals readily available.The staff are friendly and welcoming.From homemade soups to fresh buns…this is a bakery that has it all.I highly recommend this business.

A nice home like atmosphere with homemade fresh baked products and a wholesome flavour. The staff are all very friendly and interact with all the customers. The owner goes around and speaks to all the customers as well. It is a great community cafe to meet and gather and leave full like when you leave your mothers home.

Bought lunch for my team at work, and Twists and More were so helpful in helping choose what to get everyone and went above and beyond in dropping it off for us when I couldn’t pick it up. wanted to try something simple so bought a loaf of fresh whitw bread. She sliced it for me, it is the MOST delicious soft and perfect textured loaf I've had in so long! Only going here for bread now. So many other goodies and hot food to check out. Amazing!

Decided to finally visit this shop. Quite dissapointed. Very very little bakery items. a couple of cinnamon buns...some very expensive cookies..1 pie...and thats about it. I was there around 12:30. Very small bakery area...I won't be back.

I ordered a last-minute birthday cake from them and they did a wonderful job. I had them customize it for my friend in STEM and the baker had piped little tiny beakers on it! Very cute!

It’s a sweet cafe attached to bakery…need I say more?! The menu is limited but there is plenty of flavour. Soup choices were delicious. Went here based on a recommendation from a friend and it will be a regular haunt!
