Absolute junk didnt listen to order properly. no air conditioning absolutely boiling in there raw undercooked baked potatoes mixed up my jr bacon cheese burger with my sons cheeseburger kids meal garbage waste of money Wendy’s.

We eat at Wendy's all the time went in to get a to go order as the Tim's line up was so long and we couldn't get in. The service was horrible,the little girl didn't great us or have a thing to say. No napkins had to ask for them,she gave me 2 when I asked for a couple more she picked up a handful and practically threw them at me,never once saying a word. As for the food the fries were cold,burger was ok,but have had better. Won't be back to that Wendy's

gone down hill, I used to go here lots not no more the manager dose not care at all , I tried to order a green tea, this is Wendy's not Tim's so I went to Tim Hortons, few weeks later wanted a ice Coffey stupid me thing I'll go to Wendy's, told I was at Wendy's not Tim Hortons, was told to go there, it's like they do want my money clowns .

Omm nom nom! Bacon mushroom melt! Still miss them with their original ingredients but still a fantastic burger! The cheese fries are a super yummy addition to the menu as well.

We had lunch in Camrose this past Sat Feb 15. I have always enjoyed Wendy's but the service we received that day was surprising. Now to clarify the young man at the till was very friendly, very helpful. It was what happened next that took us off for guard. My sister found a hair in her chili (this was after she had eaten about 1/2 of it) There was a gentleman cleaning up close to us we assumed was the owner? manager? We brought the situation to his attention and he proceeded to check the hair and tell my sister that it was hers. He even went so far as to take the hair out of the dish and hold it up to the light. He still insisted that the hair was my sister's and left it at that. I have never seen anyone go to that extent that he went to for a bowl of chili. It was very sad and frustrating to experience this. No apology or an offer to replace the chili. Will definitely be looking to stop some place else in Camrose after the rude service.

Absolutely needs to be completely overhauled. Food was disgusting. My coke tasted like detergent and they literally threw everything in a bag and called that service. I will never order anything from wendys ever again as long as I live. Obviously whoever manages that place is just there for a paycheck. Place should be shut down

I got the mushroom burger and the whole sandwich was really soggy. It was really gross. I hated it. The taste was horrific , I also ordered the poutine and it was alright. And it cost me like 16 bucks for that
Just had a sub-par Wendys experience here in Camrose. They refuse to take your order in person and make everyone use the kiosks. That’s a mild nuisance, however there are only 2 kiosks and their respective UI’s are absolutely horrendous. The customer ahead of me asked for ketchup and was given one pack and told that he must pay 0.50 for extra packets. None of this is happening at other Wendys so this seems to be an ownership decision.

Ordered take out from inside, took forever to get the young lady to understand that I wanted a Dave's double with onions only & no cheese. Opened the burger when I got in the vehicle and great "no cheese" also no onion. Will stop again but will check it before leaving

Dietary restrictions: We needed a baconator burger without a bun because of celiac disease. Sadly I believe we got the baconator jr and it came with no condiments or cheese. but we were in a hurry and had no time to talk to them. Other wise the food was good for my son and I.
I drove through ordered a meal and this constitutes as a large fries! I didn’t look and why should I have too! FYI cold fries too and no I didn’t eat any already and there’s no spillage in the bag! Is Wendy’s rationing potatoes now?
