We ordered delivery, we gave instructions to call because we aren't connected to the intercom yet. The lady came, she didn't call, she tried the intercom, surprise surprise it did not work! She then proceeded to start banging on the main door of my apartment building aggressively, yelling like a crazy lady. I couldn't hear what she was saying so when I heard it I didn't think it was the delivery driver. She was completely unprofessional and it's pathetic how she couldn't follow simple instructions. She finally gave up, left, and called, like she was supposed to do in the first place. Then the debit machine wouldn't read my card, there's absolutely nothing wrong with my card, it was the debit machine. On to the pizza.... The pizza was really good, the ham was fresher than any other place I've had from camrose. However the crust was extremely tough. The outer edge of the crust was not edible because of how hard it was, I banged a knife on it, it sounded like it was hitting a rock. We ordered light on the sauce, but it wasn't light on the sauce, there was almost too much, way more than for my liking, hense asking for "light on the sauce". Improve the dough so it's not hard, chewy, tough, follow directions on how to prepare it, it would have been an amazing pizza. I don't know if we'll order here again. The delivery driver, inability to follow simple direction both with delivery and preparing the pizza itself, has left a poor impression.

I ordered two pizzas for pick up on my way from Calgary to my niece’s outside Camrose. The pizza was ready right on time, and it was delicious! Everyone loved it! Thanks Y-Not! I especially loved the crust - not too thick, not too thin and yummy!

Ordered medium meatlovers, hawaiian supreme, and pepperoni/black olives. My youngest devoured her pieces and said it was delicious. They all tasted delicious and we will definitely be ordering from here again. Took photos after already eating a bunch!

medium pizza, the way it was cut made it look like they took a bit out of the pie, 2 pieces were pretty short and didnt line up with the other slices, then went home and cooked the wings a bit more because the 1st one felt a little rubbery. And then the crust (the dry dough)wasn't something I'd want to experience again! I had a dip from another pizza place to help with the meal. Sadly, my first n last time trying this place.... maybe it was a one off experience, normally I hear good reviews of this place.
