On two occasions I've gone to the drive-thru well within business hours and the menu is shut off and nobody answers.
I pull up to the window and the staff look at me like I'm from outer space. I can't just back up in a drive-thru, so I have to leave and go back through again and they take my order. It's embarrassing and insulting.
If it wasn't for the Famous Chicken Sandwich and Popcorn Chicken Poutine, I'd never go back again. Do better.
Very friendly staff and manager, place is very clean and well maintained, especially the washroom. Surprise to know that that KFC has been there for 5 years already as it looks new :)

Friendly staff, service a little slow. Hard to go wrong with their original recipe chicken combo. The macaroni salad is better than the coleslaw. Their chicken sandwich tastes kind of similar to a McChicken.
