Arrived late on a Friday to a pretty empty place. Overall, the service was very good/ friendly. The buffet looked tired, so we ordered off the menu. My wife's got chicken and rice. There was hardly any chicken, LOTS of rice. My stir fry seafood was meh. Spring rolls were just ok.

Not a lot of options in this little town, but you may just want to hit the chains instead of here.

Overall was good. Was worth the drive out from Lethbridge. Price of the buffet has changed to $20 per person. Understandably the cost of living has gone up and in Lethbridge. This price is standard for all buffets. Considering the quality of the food here. It was worth it. Loved the deep fried wontons and the deep fried spareribs.

Conflicted review here. It’s really hit or miss whether it tastes fresh or not or what your chances of food poisoning are ? That being said, hit it at the right time and it’s actually pretty great for Chinese in soab
