We’ve been to the Harvest Diner about 3 times now and WOW! For a small town restaurant, they really are outstanding! We’ve had their Reuben sandwich, fries, chicken wings and last night a Greek dish, chicken souvlaki. It came with rice, Greek salad, warm pita bread with tzatziki, and the best potato I’ve ever had! It was a festival for the palate! Wonderful flavour, and the chicken, on 2 skewers, was tender and juicy. Wish I could cook like that. The fries from the last visit were great, the wings very good, and the Reuben also very satisfying. The portions are man-sized. You won’t go away hungry and likely will struggle to finish! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, they’re friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is friendly and easygoing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for atmosphere is because the building is old, but been updated with paint and flooring, and is kept clean. Just worn a bit. I highly recommend the Harvest Diner!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and a big part of it was thanks to our waitress, Lucy. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu—her recommendations were spot-on.
Lucy struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. She checked in at just the right times, never rushed us, and made sure everything was exactly to our liking. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes such pride in their service.
The food itself was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated—but Lucy’s thoughtful service truly elevated the whole experience. Because of her, our dinner felt relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable.
We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Lucy again. Highly recommended!

Kamron has served me my meals for the past couple of days, and kept working hard all the time, kept my order correct and was always smiling... Now this place is quaint family owned restaurant, service is good, food is good and fairly priced, and the place is clean. It has easy access in and out and worth a trip out for a nice meal.

Celebrating a friend's and neighbours birthday. Very handy right on main street. Fish & chips were great and the burger too. We don't have enough of these family Restaurants any more.
First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised! You really never know what you are going to get in a dated small town diner. Sometimes they are hidden gems and sometimes they are horrible. In their case, I would call Harvest diner a hidden gem! Got the Greek burger and it was delicious. Fresh bun and ingredients, the tzatziki sauce tastes homemade and was fantastic, the fries were perfect and the poutine had real cheese curds which is always a huge win. My only recommendation is that they update their hours on google. We tried coming twice in one week when Google said they were open. The first time they were already closed and the second time we only had 15 minutes to order and had to take it to go when online it said they would be open for another hour.

The front staff/servers are super kind and very competent. The manager however, kills the vibes everytime. Take accountability when you burn the customers food.. still waiting for that phone call..

Has eaten here once before. Service and food quality were average. Stopped in to eat on Saturday Jan 18, 2025. Service was none. Got our coffee and orange juice. Waited over 20 min to place our order. Another couple came in 20 minutes after us. They got their drinks right away. They placed their order within 3 minutes of sitting down. Their table was right beside ours. Waited another 2 min still no service. Got up paid for beverages. Would not recommend this place unless you have all day to order. I support all small businesses. I am a business owner myself. I eat in an average of 200 restaurants a year.
