Browns Socialhouse Chestermere

Out of 5 meals 3 had to be sent back.
Cold poutine, burger sat under warming light waiting to come out for almost 10 minutes while everything else was being made it looked like. Gyoza dumplings came out wrong.
Quiet night so now sure why the problems . Food and service are usually quite good.
Chalk it up to an off night I guess

Terrible service, terrible food, don’t know how to cook a steak no matter what you order you’re getting medium. Servers don’t check on how the food is. Forget items because they are overloaded. And nothing happens when your meal is messed up. This is not how you should be running a business or how you get people to come back. Management needs to step up and train employees how to deal with mistakes to create better experiences and people wanting to come back.

Terrible service, where are the managers when the servers need help? And when it’s to busy and the order gets messed up or forgotten all together there should be new food brought or something taken off the bill. Will never come back. Chestermere needs better establishments.

Me and my friends came in for a dinner and the experience was great. The food was good and came out pretty fast and our server Dylynne was amazing. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Hadn’t been in for a long time and decided to give browns a shot and had a fantastic experience. I had Dylynne as a server. Her service was quick and attentive, she was very friendly and personable. Food was delicious had a great experience will definitely be coming back

Always great food and drinks, Tanner is a great bartender (and he’s not bad on the eyes either)!

Have been to Brown’s a number of times for dinner and drinks. This last time was an exceptional experience all around as our bartender Tanner went above and beyond and made the the evening feel like a five star experience. Along with the excellent of the menu and great recommendations, his mixology skills were second to none. I would recommend everyone visit Brown’s to see Tanner.

Dylynne was an outstanding server, aside from being beautiful, her personality made everyone’s night. I love coming to browns, especially when I get Dylynne!!!
