Worst DQ I’ve ever been to easily. Over the last few years every blizzard they give my family they always but a fountain drink lid on it so they don’t have to fill it up with the normal classic DQ blizzard lid. Such a cheap poorly run business I asked for a chocolate milkshake a few months ago and it was just straight chocolate milk there was no ice cream in it. I live in Chestermere but it’s worth the drive to go into Calgary to give my business to a different DQ

drive thru experience has improved significantly over the past few months!

Order food at the drive through and order 2, $8 meals and one number 9 combo witch is a double and when we got home we opened the burger up to find out they are all singles.

Ordered a cake for a birthday party and asked for “Happy 15th Birthday” with a name. Instead, they wrote “Happy 1th Birthday.” A really careless mistake that upset the birthday girl and threw off the whole celebration.

We paid $50 for this cake, and when I called to let them know about the issue, they refused to offer any refund or compensation because we had already cut into it. But honestly, what were we supposed to do—pause the entire party and bring it back?

Very disappointed, both with the mistake and how poorly it was handled. $50 isn’t cheap, and a small gesture would’ve gone a long way.

We ordered a hamburger A whole different option then choosing cheese burger also our wrap had way too much spicy sauce please do better next time man.

2 days ago, i went to this store, girl name Raman was taking the order with such a good smile, i really like that because normally nobody welcome with adorable greet. I prefer this place👍

Waiting for my food I witness the cooks not wearing gloves handing fries then to frozen chicken back to fries to burger back to chicken then fries not once washing his hands. I confronted them and was told that the management is cheap and they won’t let them wear or provide gloves for them. Completely baffled by this I hope no one gets sick from here and if you do you know why

None of the people were wearing gloves. I ordered cones and the cone was passed between 3 people and none were wearing gloves. Staff is super nice and friendly but they need to wear gloves or use napkin to pass the food.

This DQ should be rated 0 .. horrible customer service… the staff knows nothing about app. Dirty restaurant too …I would not eat here
