I have been eating at many different Edo franchises for decades. The last few times I have ordered from this location there was very little meat or vegetables on my chicken sukiyaki order. So I spent 15 dollars on rice with teriyaki sauce. Im pretty sure this franchise is cutting corners. That said all of the Edos have been very stingy lately. I wont go back here for at least 2 years now.

I really wanted to like this place, I eat at edo often, but I found two short hairs in my food which completely ruined my appetite. It’s hard to enjoy a meal after that. Definitely won’t be back.. can’t the kitchen staff wear hair nets? Wonder what else is going on behind the kitchen.. ew

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The portion size was shockingly small, definitely not what I expect when paying for a full meal. It felt more like a kids' meal. Additionally, the service was subpar. The older Asian lady who served us was unfriendly and seemed annoyed while we were ordering. No greeting, no smiles, just impatience. This location is a rip-off, and I'll be sure to go to a better one next time. This was my last visit here.

most recent visit to edo didn’t have the happiest of endings. while placing my order, i unfortunately forgot to mention an exclusion. i filled my cup, got utensils, and sat down to wait. maybe 1-2 minutes passed, i then remembered my failure to mention the exclusion, to which i immediately jumped up and spoke with the cashier. after asking if was possible to make a change, i was told that it was not. i figured this was because my food was already nearing completion, and chose to just take it as a memory lesson. i waited about 5-10 minutes after that. i’m damn near 100% certain my food wasn’t on the grill at the time i asked about a change, so im a bit curious as to why a change was not possible. this change was an EXCLUSION, so no extra cost associated.

my $20 dinner reeks of disappointment and pain. my sadness is immeasurable. god has abandoned us all.

do better edo.

The older Asian lady at the till never puts full scoops of teriyaki sauce, every time she’s working my food is dry

Never try to order ahead of time! They don’t trust you and tell you that they will place the order, but they won’t start unless you come. Not very trustworthy

A nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. I visit here about once a month and have good service every time. I will agree that some of the portion sizes are getting smaller, but this is the same for all Edo's I visit.

Edo has been a great alternative to other kinds of fast food and it's especially good if you want to eat low carb or keto because you can customize your meal to have more veggies and or cauliflower rice. The family meal deal is actually a great value as you get 2 teriyaki bowls and two kids meals for just $31.00. My family was very satisfied with that and even if you don't have kids but want a lighter meal the kids is a perfect size. To those who are seriously trying to survive eating out in this economy, my best recommendation is to look for deals and collect rewards wherever you can those are going to be a huge lifesaver. This is Elle's Reviews,Siging off for the night!

I have started going here more often as it’s pretty close to where I live. I usually end up getting the chicken or beef rice bowl.

This is a perfect little escape for a quick, healthy, well priced meal. I don't eat as much as most but I really appreciate the kids Neal option for those of us with a smaller appetite despite our age. Without baby cups, coloring and toys.

Seriously? This is how much $4 worth for a rice? I worked for years as a cook at Edo at different locations and this is not how you portion a regular order for a $4 rice!! Do your jobs properly!
