I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Harvey’s. When I opened my burger, I found a large hair inside it. It was clearly noticeable and completely ruined my appetite. Food hygiene should be a basic standard, especially from a well-known fast-food chain. Finding something like that in my meal was unacceptable and honestly quite disturbing. I hope the management takes food safety and cleanliness more seriously to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. Very disappointing experience.

This outlet did not have enough white chicken for two orders at noon hour. Told that this was an issue having to do with their head office. Once I got my order home and unboxed it, I realized that they had not provided the pop that I had ordered for both the meals. This is not first time that they didn’t have white meat at the beginning of the lunch hour. Poorly managed.

The Chestermere location was awesome! The service was great, staff were Friendly, the restaurant was clean and well taken care of. They even had the handicap parking stall shoveled which was much appreciated.

welll I went to this location , with the expectations of going in to order ( I was there at 940, sign says closes at 10pm but the doors were locked) so had to use the drive thru. the wait time wasn't to bad. one of the burgers had onions, YUCK. The fries were cold, they forgot a drink ( I knocked on the window to get it ) and my dark meat chicken wrap was white meat and I picked 3 bones out of the se and piece. the dip for the wrap was so salty , I couldn't eat it. the lady at the window was friendly tho. overall service was good but food was not. Do better!! so I went to get my wrap today and the cashier told me I waited to long because my name was not in the book: even tbo they had a name from 2024. once again this location has failed !
