welll I went to this location , with the expectations of going in to order ( I was there at 940, sign says closes at 10pm but the doors were locked) so had to use the drive thru. the wait time wasn't to bad. one of the burgers had onions, YUCK. The fries were cold, they forgot a drink ( I knocked on the window to get it ) and my dark meat chicken wrap was white meat and I picked 3 bones out of the se and piece. the dip for the wrap was so salty , I couldn't eat it. the lady at the window was friendly tho. overall service was good but food was not. Do better!! so I went to get my wrap today and the cashier told me I waited to long because my name was not in the book: even tbo they had a name from 2024. once again this location has failed !

I recently visited Harvey’s for the very first time, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. As someone who just came back from Harvard, I really appreciated the way the staff carried themselves — very professional yet friendly.
There were three employees working during my visit. The young lady in the kitchen did an excellent job — the food was fresh, tasty, and made perfectly. One of the guys on the team was still in training, but even then he handled everything really well. You could tell he was putting in great effort, and it showed. The two employees training him were also outstanding, patient, and very supportive, which really impressed me.
Overall, the teamwork and dedication of the staff made the whole experience stand out. Great job to the entire team — I’ll definitely be coming back again!

So this will be my last visit here. Their sanitation standards are absolutely trash. The people putting toppings on the sandwiches have to wear gloves but the guy making the food doesn't?! I watched him making chicken fingers, fries, burgers, nuggets, etc. Using his hands to touch the food and never wore gloves. This is cross contamination at its finest and utterly disgusting. He even stopped cooking to take an order, worked the till, then back to cooking food and making burgers, touching them with his BARE HANDS and NEVER WASHED THEM!
They also had delivery boxes sitting on the counter while preparing food, skip the dishes bags just sitting on dining tables.
This place has terrible practices and standards. GROSS!
FYI, it was the shorter brown guy who was acting like the supervisor.
I highly doubt that the manager or owner cares, but if they do, this was Friday September 26th at about 5:50pm.
