Called to see if they were open today since it’s Christmas and he replied with “yeah that’s why we’re talking” lmao insanely rude. Menu is wrong and they didn’t have Half the things listed plus service wasn’t ideal.

Honestly I’m so fed up , gave them so many chances , every single time I would place a skip order , it gets cancelled! They cancel the order because there is no staff to make it , lol why run a business when you can’t even keep staff present disgusting customer service

No staff present, when other part of store worker came told me they can’t make any flavours other than 4 basics. No proper way to run business, incompetent, and absolutely garbage customer service

THE WORST BUBBLE TEA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The milk was literally sour and old, the boba tasted like soggy rubber, and the whip cream had no taste. I am never ever going back there and I still feel gross from the drink they served me earlier today. I paid 9 dollars for it too, so over priced. Please save yourself a tummy ache and a terrible experience and DO NOT GO TO JUSFRUIT.

This location is SO good!! I've never been to a jusfruit location that puts actual fruit (like the photos) on the drinks but this location DOES! So yummy and we'll made. Will never go to another location

Refuses to accept orders thru Skip even tho they are open and delivery hours are listed til 7:30. Dont bother with this place

Wast of money wast of time... not recommend

I’m giving it 2 stars not because of the products but the customer service. The wait times are near unacceptable. They need to either hire more people or work or a better process so that the customers don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes to a couple of drinks. The people are nice but that does not compensate for the extremely long wait times even if you are the only one there.

Tried Avocado smoothie with mango & lychee jelly for the first time it was delicious. I will be back to try other smoothies

drinks are great and all but the service is eh. this Indian lady who works there is pretty rude. i did not enjoy my time ordering there at all, better to just get it delivered to my house if that’s the treatment i get ????????‍♀️EDIT: May 16, 2022Went to visit there again, only for them to mess up my drink ????. I ordered the Winter Melon cream cheese foam and asked for lychee POPPINGs. how did they get lychee JELLY from what i said lol????

The Mango Supreme and Summer Berry is absolutely out of this world. All the flavors are really good! And the service provided by Hassan is fantastic. Thank you Mr. Hassan you made our day!
