La Diperie Chestermere

I recently visited this place and spent $9.00 on ice cream, but I was really disappointed. The ice cream tasted bitter and sour, like they used spoiled milk for in ice cream machine. I expected a delicious treat, but instead, it was inedible.

The service was also lacking, as the staff didn’t seem to care about the quality of what they were serving. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good ice cream experience.

What in the actual la diperie is this, my friend is Eyad is way to upset to write a review but I got him. He was just at home and had the worst day of his life today. All he wanted was to relax and have a damn crepe and some ice cream but you guys wanna play around. This is an absolute disgrace and you guys need to fix up your actions. Do better you don’t know what people have going on. I wouldn’t even feed this to my damn cat. Shame on you la diperie. SHAME

La Diperie is a small shop offering nice treats: ice cream, donuts, waffles, shakes, … if you are looking for a big “shot of sugar” you can have a break there.
Tried the ice cream: Watermelon sorbet, mango and “rainbow” ice cream. Favorite is the watermelon with chocolate pearls inside. Nice discovery. Mango is nice. Rainbow tastes like bubblegum, not my favorite. 3 large scoops for $10.17 (incl. tax) is a decent price. Compared with the one I had in Surrey, it is cheaper and has a better taste.
Other flavors available are vanilla, chocolate, mint choco, caramel, pistachio, strawberry, lemon, bubblegum, cookie dough. You can have a dip as well (green tea and other flavors I don’t remember). Too bad they don’t have green tea ice cream.
Recommend the place and will probably come back to try other treats.

This is a cute and cozy shop. So many flavours and so many toppings.. I got a waffle with pistachio ice cream. The lady working there was really kind and nice, had a smile on her face And was very welcoming.

I wish I could give less than a star . Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Server attitude was so unwelcoming.

Staff is very friendly especially Gurwinder (neetu) and their pistachio ice cream is really good .

Ordered maple Taffy and double strawberry. was given maple Taffy and cherry chocolate amaretto. Asked if that double strawberry was told yes...it was not. Disappointed as I asked again and was told it was strawberry. Cherries are not strawberries

we were hoping to go for a nice treat but our expectations were not met, we received a box of cold mini donuts that were slightly soggy and milkshake that tasted like the bottom of the freezer.

Tiana was incredible! She was working her tail off all alone! Management seriously needs to get a clue and give this poor girl some help! It was WAY too busy for just one girl.

And the manager takes 50% of the tips?!?! NOT OK!

I do not recommend this place. The soft serve was tasteless and a bit salty. Ran out of the desired toppings and messed up our order but did not offer to remake it or fix it properly. Do yourself a favor and go to the DQ up the road.

Why is this place constantly short-staffed? There is often only ever one person working at a time and I've seen people walk out due to the long wait times. The staff have been friendly but it seems like they would benefit from having more people on shift to cover the rushes throughout the day, especially in the evening hours. Management doesn't seem to be present to help at all either.

The management needs to schedule more people because there’s always one girl working late nights, Appreciate the employee being patient with us despite the circumstances

Every time I visit this place they seem understaffed - when I visited this evening they had one employee facing a rush of people! It's ridiculous that management expects one girl to be able to run an entire store of this size by themselves, not to mention how unsafe it seems to have one young person by themselves without management during these times ...
