After a gruelling 16 minute wait with only 2 people in front of us, one of which , they couldn’t help we finally got served. The server was not only rude but slow. The big kicker was they didn’t have the soft serve ready for when they opened so both ourselves and the people in front of us left empty handed. My kids did get the hard ice cream but was the same they have everywhere and I wouldn’t have waited or went out of our way to go here. Would not go again.

how do they stay in business only opening at 3?? And only ever 1 person working!?? I do enjoy the donuts and for Easter wanted to grab some forfamily dinner dessert .. I went at 1 (which is imo way late to open) and they had changed open to 3.. not just easter but every day open at 3.. it’s too bad, they will miss out on business with this model.

Took advantage of their buy one get one free cookie dough and ( as one does) couldn’t agree with my boyfriend on a flavour. Left a note asking if there was anyway ( totally not expecting it) but if we could get two flavours with the buy one get one. It was such a nice surprise to get our buy 1 get 1 PLUS a little baby of the flavour I wanted. Thank you for the extra show of consideration. It made an adhd indecisive girls night ?

I wanted to send a client some treats as a house-warming gesture. The challenge was that I'm in Calgary and the client is in a new community that is not yet included in googlemaps. And so, ordering online delivery was not possible since the client's address would not populate.I contacted La Diperie and spoke with Inder. After explaining my situation, she was gracious, personable, and willing to find a way to make things happen. None of this was their normal protocol and they aren't set up to process credit card payments manually. Still, Inder was willing to be flexible and went out of her way to deliver the donuts to a very hard to find home in a new community. I'm so thankful for her efforts.If you live in Chestermere or happen to be visiting the area, please stop into La Diperie and support a great business. I haven't tried their donuts yet but the pictures look amazing!Thanks again Inder :)

Staff act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering an ice cream.Extremely overpriced for what it is.MacDonalds opens up the road from then in a week at least their sundaes and cones are consistent and 1/3 of the price.
Nice size and larger verity of choices of ice-cream & cakes, Went there with family and all enjoyed taste.

EDIT: The business replies to all reviews with the generic response "please contact us ........." but isn't interested in actually doing anything.Typically we get 3 cups two fiesta and a birthday party one with no issue.Today we got a birthday party, fiesta and I opted for just dip. I couldn’t decide between chocolate and birthday so asked if I could get half and half. The staff said yes.When we check out there is an additional $1.25 charge in addition to the ice cream with dip charge ($7.00). I asked what the extra charge was for because there wasn’t any extra dip in total. I was informed after the product was made it is for the second dip.Totally fine to have the charge just tell people when they ask if it’s possible (before ordering) to do 2 dips that’s it’s an extra charge.I was looking at trying their key lime pie for the first time but opted not to after the up charge.Can’t wait until there are more options for ice cream for kids locally when Macdonald’s opens.

Overpriced and inconsistent sizing based on who makes it. Somedays a large is at best a medium size.Ice cream almost has a slightly sour taste and is full of granules.

Terrible customer experience. Ended up just walking out as the people were so rude working last night Aug 28. They also double dipper a taster spoon in one of the buckets of ice cream after letting the woman Infront of us try every single flavour. Received nothing but attitude and they were trying to charge us at the end for a large even though we had one scoop, after pointing it out, the lady proceeded to argue with us.Ended up saying no thanks!
