A female employee locked the doors 10 minutes before 9 (when they officially close) when we were pulling into the parking lot. She looked us in the eye and locked the doors.

My wife just brought home pizza amd bread sticks that we just ordered... we were told 15-20 minutes wait. The food isn't even fresh!! It's cold and OBVIOUSLY pre cooked and sat there for a while. Honestly the worst pizza we've had in years. Absolutely terrible. No wonder their google review score is low. We are considering calling corporate to tell them how absolutely disgusting our experience was. Honestly, as stated already this was probably the worst pizza we've had in years. Save your money, go somewhere that will make your food fresh, not give you some cold food made god knows when.

The asian manager IS VERY RUDE!!! Doesn't care about the customer, times when the customer is coming to pick up the order. I was driving on my way in a foggy bad weather. She called screaming when are you picking up your order? You order 6:50 and its 7:25??? Like really , l told her l am on my way and l have never had a call we ALWAYS CALL !!! lm trying to drive safe to get to Chestermere from Chinook mall area l dont understand what the attitude is for??? Its not what she said but her tone of voice was very disrespectful.

Hello! I am dropping this comment out of good faith and I hope the owner sees this. I don’t know if the food inspector comes to this location because we someone needs to address this. We love the menu and the brand but this place is dirty and filthy. You can see from the entrance next to the window, the walls but as soon as you give a look in the kitchen this is when you understand what I mean. Please clean this place !!! I love, love the service, , but the place itself huh huh !

The crazy bread was still doughy..I needed to put it in the oven.
Just because that upset me so much..I tell others not to go there.

Barely any cheese on 2 slices and way 2 thin on some slices. It looked like the owners wanted to save money. I used to buy little Caesars from another place in Calgary and it was never like this as in it had cheese on all slices and wasn't as thin as this pizza was. Probably gonna avoid this place cause it's not worth it.
Pizza's are great and in affordable prices. Staff are all smiley and service are fast.

I just called an hour before closing and asked to make an order for pick up. I was rudely greeted and told there's nothing to make. I confirmed they closed at 9pm and was told yes maybe I can have one cheese or pepperoni but that's about it. Clearly the staff does not want to do their job and could not be bothered to deal with a customer. No sense in owner staying open until 9pm, if their staff do not want to make money. I'll give someone else my business tonight!

Never I repeat..NEVER.. buy crazy bread from this place.. idk who made the rule but now they just pre make 30 bags and sell it throughout the day so by the time you get it, it’s been flattened to a pancake, cold and soggyThey used to make them fresh every time you ordered it but not anymore… I dare you to go to the LC and quickly check how many bags of CB they have just sitting in the heat fridge.. I’ll guess 10-15

Crazy bread is pretty flat. I do not know when it was cooked , but it has lotta running oil, so much it’s so it’s soaked through the bag it came
