We have now tried this McDonald’s twice. First time we dined in and the service was poor. The workers are nice but it’s everything that happens after that. Extremely slow.

Our second visit we decided to hit the drive-thru because it was so slow inside last time. Again, we find ourselves waiting because they were “making it fresh”. Our order was completely wrong AND cold. It will be awhile before we let them try again.

I’ve been here a couple times and the food is always fresh. I had a very positive interaction with a man taking my order a couple weeks ago, his positive spirit made my day much better! I wish more staff were as happy and positive as him! The staff are often friendly and they always apologize if the order is taking too long. The only con would be that the food sometimes takes awhile to be prepared.

I do not understand why the store says it’s open 24 hours. The night crew at this location is completely useless and impotent. I bet to this location twice in the last week on my overnight shift and went away empty handed management needs to step up and figure out. What’s the problem here.

Do yourself a favor and go to A&W instead. If you are really craving McDonald's, you may as well drive to the East Hills location instead.

Ordered. Waited 10 minutes. Had to go and ask the front if the order went through because the machine didn't give me a receipt. Waited another 10 minutes. Food came out, but they were out of apple juice, so offered orange juice. Juice came out, but then I had to go up to the front to get straws (I also saw that another customer had to do the same)... Watched customers that came in much later get their orders way before others that were waiting for a while. Other than it being clean because we were here first thing in the morning the experience was terrible.

I just bought caramel ice cream there staff was seems like tired and i said hello and after i got my ice cream said thanks no response but there music was loud this is how you guyz make customers happy you need to focus on you customer service and they need to do more training.

Never gives the right orders, lazy

I just wanna do a shout out to Brennan on drive threw. He is so polite, get my orderight every single time. I am here weekly and he is hands down the best McDonald's team member I have ever encountered. Period.

I ordered through the app and pulled into the stall, and they brought out the food to me.

Vegetarian options: You can have no meat on your patties.

Parking: There is ample parking.

Kid-friendliness: I am not sure, but I assume they would have a baby chair, etc. It is modern and stylish feeling inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.
