Ordered pizza for pick up. Drove 20 minutes to pick up. No pizza and all they had to say was “oh the girl that took your order has gone home”. Never again.

My friend ordered an extra large pizza with no mushrooms cause i have allergy. We called the shop again to mention but they were not even listening. Even though, when we visited the store, the man was so rude and the service was not good at all.
Customer service is on point. That's HUGE in my books.
The food is made to perfection as well. They do a good job at making a pizza. You'd think it'd an easy task, but I tell ya, some locations don't have the same pride in making a delicious pizza that is filled with premium ingredients... Chestermere Pizza Hut certainly does!

Privately owned which means they do not have to follow Pizza Hut’s standards apparently, owners do not care about customer satisfaction - pizza comes with barely any cheese or toppings and they refuse to refund / make another.

Very kind people and staff. We ordered a deal with extra sides and we ordered on the phone instead of online, but they were so kind and gave us everything else on the house without any fuss. I am so thankful that they cleared the confusion so simply. Thank you Pizza Hut’s staff.

Ordered a large pizza with extra sauce for my brother. Delivery was quick & pizza hot.After the first couple bites my brother made the comment: "Wow this is the best smokey maple bacon I've had from this location - Ive had quite a few so I want the same cook next time we order" LOL he really enjoyed it and so did I ??
