I called the store asking how much pizzas were and what the deals were and the worker was so rude and hung up right when I said I was gonna think about it and then when we called them back he was so happy and polite when me said we wanted to order pizza and the there was like half of pasta in the pasta bowl

Absolutely unacceptable service. My delivery took 50 minutes, and when I called to ask why, the staff member was rude and completely unapologetic. This is not how customers should be treated. Chestermere deserves far better than this careless attitude. I will never order from this branch again, and I strongly urge others to do the same.

Came in. I always have had the same order for the last maybe 7 years. A panormous pizza half veggie and half bbq. I went to pick it up and he made a large. Instead of saying sorry and fixing the order he comes at me and says “I’m not stupid you ordered a large” kept saying the same thing I’m not stupid. Like that’s not how you talk to someone. I told him twice VERY nicely that you don’t need to take to me like that. Anyways he continued to be rude. Gave me a refund but slammed the cash. I told him I wanted his name written and his managers, he said it’s not that hard to write my name. Which I understand it’s easy but it’s not that hard to write it down. Honestly I loved coming to Pizza Hut but customer service was such a disappointment for me. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless he leaves. That was no way to treat someone
