Hands down, the best beef satay I’ve had in my life.

Pho Dao Ba used to be my go-to spot for pho, but over time the flavour became noticeably bland and watered down. Saigon Chef, on the other hand, truly delivers. Their broth is exceptionally rich, deeply flavourful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice.

The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and it’s clear this is a family-run establishment that takes pride in both their food and service.

Portion-wise, they are extremely generous with the beef. While many places tend to cut corners, Saigon Chef does not disappoint. CLEANED

A must-try for anyone craving a bold, comforting bowl of pho.

Ordered for the first time here tonight and unfortunately was very disappointed. The portions not as big as other places I frequent. The fish sauce was watered down, no taste. Missing 2 types of meat out of a 3 meat dish. Won’t be ordering again, sorry. Called to rectify before posting this but got yelled at, not impressed. Just my experience !

We've eaten here a couple times. Food was fantastic Beef satay soup was excellent. Great salad rolls and delicious bubble tea. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with very friendly owners.

Love this place! We've been here at least 3 times since discovering it this month! The food is amazing, the owners are so kind and friendly, and they put enough filling in their subs, unlike other places we've been to. One of my favourite places for a quick bite!

We are here the night before flying home as it was close to our accommodation. Food was lovely, the whole family loved it. The people who run the place are so nice and made sure we were enjoying our food, that we had everything we needed (forks for one of us) and that our water was constantly topped up.
Great service and food. Nice and quiet as well, no loud music!! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Chestermere, looking for a great place to eat!
