Nice to talk but don’t prepare the drink well. Never mix the drink .

If you bring in your personal cup that won't rinse it for you . There sinks are useless when it comes to pressure in taps and also have very slow drainage which makes it disgusting for the next person as well because the water hasn't drained completely you want lots of strong pressure and good drainage but that problem bever gets fixed professionally. The music is loud the people are loud as well as the kids and staff hears it and does nothing about it. The music which is not that great is not for the workers enjoyment it's for the public so better calmer music is needed whether the manager is there or not.. The toilet user needs to watched more frequently so it doesn't run out which I have told a few times and I have done that and waited one time and it them 45mins no.kidding to replace it it was my own observation on how long it would take I was surprised and so was the manager when I told them but it still happens . The floors need to be swept more often when there is kids and popcorn and such . Some of the staff feel very restricted with the new rules like you can't have any water amd have to buy something if you want a bit of cool or hot water . The taking away of the lactose free milk was rediculous because I am lactose intolerant and now the only thing that tastes Half decent is the oat milk and the prices are getting more expensive and unreasonable and yet they want the public to pay high unreasonable prices example a matcha green tea latte is 6.25 for a grande size and they give the customer a hard time about how how hot the drink.should be, if the customer wants it hotter because of travel or what ever reason, much hotter is the customers choice 190 is not too bad for hotness . Attitude adjustments are needed like I work at Starbucks I am better than you . The ego does work against you

I rarely post negative reviews but I was highly disappointed in the service at this location today. It’s the middle of July and 31°C outside. I walked in with in with my toddler to request a cup of water, because his water had been left boiling in the car all day, which I briefly explained to the employee. “I can’t give you anything unless you pay for something” was the response I received. To repeat, it’s 31°C, and all I’m asking for is a cup of tap water for my 2 year old. Let alone the fact that this is a lake town, I don’t think a cup of tap water is an uncommon request for any food chain or restaurant, paying or not. Just the sheer lack of empathy and kindness from the employee (or perhaps the business model) was enough to guarantee I won’t be supporting this location anymore, as I have been for over 2 years.

I stopped by Starbucks and ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato — one of my go-to drinks. As always, it was refreshing, perfectly sweet, and had that smooth espresso kick I love.

What made the experience even better was the location: clean, cozy, and a great spot to relax or get a bit of work done. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. It’s always nice when a good drink comes with great vibes!

Definitely recommend both the drink and the store — I’ll be back again soon!

I used to like it here. But they have started shorting the drinks, I get almost half foam in my drinks now, and if you bring it up, they just say it's the milk from being shaken (oat milk?). This was never an issue before and paying so much for a drink your only getting half of is a rip off .i haven't had this problem with other Starbucks , so either avoid this one or don't get shaken drinks.

A guy named Ragnov was at the window serving drinks he really need to learn customer service.. they have such wonderful ladies that usually are at the window and this who the manager decided to put up front for the face of the company.. what a shame..

Always an issue, this morning, I preordered my drink. When I got to the front of the line, they told me, I had to wait, because they gave it to the person on front of me?! Another time, I ordered a decaf pumpkin spice latte, and was told I couldn’t have whipped cream, because I “altered” the drink, so they were taking something away. I’m not sure what people are thinking when they work here, lol, but, they have a few things to work on.

I recently moved to the area and have made this Starbucks my go-to spot for morning Bible study. The atmosphere is inviting, and the baristas always greet me with a warm smile, even on the busiest days. With plenty of seating spread across the café, free Wi-Fi, and a relaxed vibe, it’s an ideal place to start my day—whether I’m studying or catching up with friends. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location!

Also if anyone is looking for a new drink I’d definitely recommend the cinnamon dolce latte
, with oat milk.

I go here every single day and I always raved about the customer service, but it has substantially gone down.
I had a drink made, and I called in because once I got home, I tried it and it tasted like straight water. They told me over the phone to come in whenever you want and we’ll remake it for you and they wrote down my name.
Once I do come in later during the day, a asian gentleman was the one serving me and literally said oh my god and scoff at me.
Also got upset with me cause i asked for a pup cup? A item that you offer complimentary ?

The staff are all very nice and location is usually quick. But they often forget your drink add ons (cookie crumbl, cherry topping, etc) which is an extra 0.60!
Depending on who makes the matcha they turn out clumpy & you get nasty bitter bits in your drink.

once in a while ok to have Starbucks...personally I am not a great fan of any sugary drinks...when with colleagues or while checking if there's anything new, visit here..

I ordered a tall hot mocha and two grande iced mochas. However , the tall mocha did not contain any of the mocha sauce and had very little espresso. This has happened 3 times now so I’m not sure if hot mochas have a completely different build where all of a sudden it has no mocha sauce or espresso. I paid $5.50 for a tall cup of steamed milk.
