Worst place ever. I was told that I have ti bay and extra $1.00 to steam my milk for my coffee. Outrageous. I will never go back to this pathetic location.

I was here on a Sunday at 11am and the poor staff were understaffed. You could tell they were a bit stressed out and could def have used another person.

Diyanna (I think is how you spell her name) is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I live in Panama and I'm currently visiting my home town of Chestermere. The service around town has taken a huge hit, so I definitely don't expect much. I rolled up to Starbucks and was shocked that she was asking me questions and legitimately cared about my weekend, things that I've been up to, etc. It wasn't just your generic "how are you", she actually asked me specific questions. I truly miss connecting with random people throughout my day and I donit know what it was about her, but she brightened my day completely. Thanks for putting in the extra time to show customers that you care - it really does go a long way!

Excellent location, friendly staff and quick service. My birthday drink awhile back had balloons on it and they were as excited as I was about it. Great spot, nice interior aesthetic and outdoor seating too.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I have never had any issues here. Even when it is very busy the drive through keeps a good pace. Inside is always clean!

Come here everyday for a morning coffee. The coffee this morning was SO DISGUSTING that I literally threw up. It tasted like a dirty rag. Don't know if I'll ever be able to return here. ?
