I usually order through the app, and have always had a great experience picking up. Today my car got plowed in by 35cm of snow and I wasn’t able to pick up my order, so I called the store asking if I could cancel and replace my order for delivery. Instead, the owner of the store offered to drive through the snow storm to bring me my order personally. I can’t thank him enough for the above and beyond customer support.

6" Italian herb and cheese was completely stale. First clue was that it was already cut. Broke apart like croutons when I bit into it. Very disappointed.

Food and atmosphere are good! I’ve been coming here a lot and everyone’s great. Today this one guy was making a sub and I’m a vegetarian and he used his dirty bacon/ham gloves to make my veggie sub. Aren’t they supposed to change gloves after each one they make. The guy was also very rude ish I felt.

Ordered a salad and got bad Spanish hardly any veggies, no sauce,4 pieces of chicken cut up. I asked the lady to add more stuff but her head was elsewhere. and no soft tomatoes and got nothing but crap food that should be in the garbage. Even when I asked for little lettuce on my sub she put a handful on it, when I said that was too much she rolled her eyes Pick it off and when I asked for a little bit more spanish she took a big huge handful and blocked the sandwich with it. I am so sad that once a good place has turned into a place where it's not fresh anymore. Last time I will ever eat at subway. And I have been going to this one since it opened and another for over 10 years. A very sad and hungry day. Oh and I didn't know you changed the size of the salads I don't like seeing the bottom of my bowl before eating it.

Can get busy sometimes, but overall one of the best Subways I’ve been to. The sandwich artists there always accommodate any special requests like extra cheese or meat, etc. Lots of clean seating and a clean, working fountain drink machine. Absolutely zero complaints about any of the food!

Although we arrived at closing time, we were welcomed with exceptional professionalism.
They have their drive through closed for “construction” meanwhile it’s just someone’s car parked in front blocking it. It’s been like that for a year. Everytime I’ve been in they’re very slow, and barely speak to me. Would not recommend this one!
