I usually order through the app, and have always had a great experience picking up. Today my car got plowed in by 35cm of snow and I wasn’t able to pick up my order, so I called the store asking if I could cancel and replace my order for delivery. Instead, the owner of the store offered to drive through the snow storm to bring me my order personally. I can’t thank him enough for the above and beyond customer support.
