Very unwelcoming and rude. The portion was small compared to it’s price. The staff (consisting of one female) was different this time and she was very cold while communicating. Did not expect this at all.

Massive portions in the burrito, tons of meat and they don't skimp on the filling , wish they had Mexican rice instead of white or brown but overall the taste and quality were definitely on point , I would eat there again if I was hungry and in the area

Don't bother going. My first hint this wasn't going to be good was no one else was there. Got the Texas burrito with "sautéed" peppers and onions. Heated in a frying pan is more accurate. They topped it with half cooked (raw and frozen in the middle) fries. Only non spicy sauce they had was mayo. The pinto beans were scraped off the bottom of the container. Ate 1/4, threw the rest out. Won't be back.

I ordered shrimp tacos from the restaurant through Skip without lettuce and they arrived loaded with it. My spouse's food also arrived cold. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but their number is out of service.

This place used to be great went multiple times per month, but something changed a few month ago and now it’s mediocre at best.

It’s my first time being here and I ordered 3 burritos and the worker did not label them. I wouldn’t have cared if they were all the same but all of these were different so we had to sit there and open them up to figure out who’s was who. Anyways, the chicken was very soggy and mushy, it was very bland and had no seasoning. The rice was very dry like it had been sitting there for the whole day and no flavour for brown rice, I even asked for the corn and which that had no flavour to it what so ever. When it came time to the toppings, the worker was very skimpy with the topping, I had asked for beans on all and they got the littlest amount possible along with all the other toppings I asked for. I had also asked for guacamole on one of the burritos and the worker pulled out a little cup with the guacamole that was going on the burrito, first of all it was a bit brown like it’s been sitting there for a while (I mean I understand that avocados turn decently quick but ensure that those ones are at least dealt with) the amount of guacamole was the most smallest amount that I’ve ever seen out of all the Mexican burrito places that I’ve ever been to, for paying almost $3 for it they should put a little bit more on there as you couldn’t even tell that there was any on there when you took a bite into it. The only thing that did have decent flavour was the sauce but everything else was a disappointment, I advise this restaurant to ensure that they maintain freshness of their toppings and protein as dry and soggy stuff isn’t the best taste in the world. Overall I would’ve thought at the price of over $11 for a single burrito would have been a better quality product but it was very disappointing in the end. I would’ve liked for them to not be very skimpy with the toppings, maintain fresh ingredients, and have not so bland and tasteless stuff if they’re going to serve it to paying customers. I understand that it’s a fairly new place but these are issues that all restaurants usually need to sort out right from the beginning, not after a few months of being open. I personally will not be coming back as this just was a bad experience overall.

The place is very unwelcoming, dry and gloomy. The staff was not friendly and encouraging as you would expect to say hi and be welcoming towards upcoming customers. I solely wanna complain on the quality of food. As a Mexican restaurant, the value in its ingredients should be top tier and fresh. I shouldn’t have to worry about having bare ingredients for the amount I’m paying for. The staff could be a bit more generous towards putting in a decent amount of toppings, such as beans, I could not taste it. The chicken was tremendously dry, no seasoning. I came in with two other people and the staff struggled to remember their order as it is being asked on the spot, it is inconvenient when it is repetitive. I did not have a pleasant experience coming in as my first time and I do not intend to come back. As a restaurant who has been opened in months, selling $11-$14 burritos, we’d expect a good quality burrito with decent portion of toppings and welcoming service. This can potentially ruin a reputation if it continues to be.
