Hey there everyone! I came here recently with my boyfriend and his best friend. We had a wonderful time at Thé Moon Chestermere. The service was wonderful, the baristas (Deems and Miguel) came to check on us and provided great customer service! I will be coming here again in the near future ?

They have a good variety of drinks, and they taste amazing! Have a nice and calm environment. Good music. Super nice workers! May (our server) was very kind, thoughtful, and patient with us. She gave us her full attention, despite being extremely busy.

Love the Moon in Chestermere, so glad there is a nice place to sit and have bubble tea. The interior is nice and the drinks were made on point. Always a favorite at the moon is the Taro Cloud. Will definitely be going back again and again.

I’m pretty disappointed with our visit today at moon. They have changed the way drinks are charged where the pearls are charged individually instead of at least one included. Ok fine I understand price increases but I was also FORCED to give a minimum 10% tip when I paid by debit, the “none” button conveniently didn’t work! No one should be forced to tip at a drink shop before you are even given what was ordered. I’ve never been to a quick service drink shop and have been forced to give a tip. Bought 3 drinks and cost $30. The kicker to this was the honey pearls in two of the drinks were HOT in a cold drink which has never happened before so the drink was an odd taste l. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location based on just being forced to tip, not giving the customer the choice to tip if they feel it is deserved.Edit to add since you can’t take ownership when there are issues and apparently don’t believe your customers! The SKIP button did not work. I pressed it 5 times and the guy looked at me and shrugged and didn’t say a word. I can assure you that the pearls were HOT, not warm as I’m 100 percent sure you personally did not make my friends drink nor touched her drink to see for yourself you are ASSUMING you are right. Again we’ve come MANY times and never had hot or “warm” pearls in a cold drink. As a business owner maybe instead of making excuses in all of your lower star reviews, take some ownership and maybe offer a new drink so we come back? I would like my $3 tip back that was forced upon me. Will you make it right or just continue to respond that the customer is always wrong?
