I had to go in and change my review to a 1 star. There has been a couple of times where the staff mess up the order.

Today, I ordered a plain latte and the staff made it with vanilla syrup (i am diabetic) I went back and told them this is the wrong order. The girl said okay, she took the cup, tipped out half of it and then added frothed milk and gave it back. It was still terribly sweet.

This is absurd. I literally went back nicely and said this is the wrong order. They decided to remake it by adding milk. Which means it has less caffeine and is still sweet.

Do better.

Came into Tim’s during a real busy time with a group of friends. Ordered a honey crueller and lemonade. Our order taker Tyler (the blonde guy) made sure our orders were given quickly and Great quality. He also greeted us with a smile, and seemed genuinely happy to work there! Thanks Tyler!

Worst tim hortons ever. This is the third time i got drink from this tim and it was not made correctly and my tea was cold. I came on 29 MAY time around 4:50 pm in drivethru. there was supervisor or manager on the window, i ordered steeped tea 2m 2 s . It tasted soooo bad and it was cold. I came back inside the store and mentioned my drink was cold but the person on the front never treated me nicely ( never appologised for the mistake) but instead went back made my drink and gave it to me . customer service ZERO. never coming back to this tim. Hopefully the management would do something after reading the review.

This is an absolutely horrible location. Lazy employees, zero customer service, and a complete lack of care. Sad excuse for a tim Hortons, and I won't be surprised when the doors close on this franchise.

Navneet you need to be polite girl stop throwing the order on people’s place they give their hard earned money to get themselves a meal not your attitude
Customer service is thing that shouldn’t be an option when you work at such place

I was visiting the lake with my family and the young lady Ms. Navneet was very impolite in her dealing. Seemed like she was having a bad day because she kinda flung my order into my face. My family noticed it, too. You guys need to do a lot better.

Navneet Kaur is the worst crew member. She doesn’t know about the customer services. We ordered coffees and Timbits and she no respect how to give order to customers. She so rude.

It's a hit or a miss here. The first time we went - it was absolutely awesome. The people who served us were awesome - we loved it. The next time? We were told they're not serving any hot food, and they're basically out of everything.

nah i ordered the last of the powdered strawberry timbits (like 7) and he counted them up did our order and stood there for 2 minutes after doing nothing and then watched as someone else bagged up the timbits didn’t do anything and then called me back over and said that they were out and to pick something else i swear i almost committed like actual violence that was my last straw i hate tim hortons

This has to be one of the slowest Tim Horton's I've been to. Food and coffee are on par with the rest of the stores just slow service

I arrived at 5:15 a.m., walked into the dining room, and there was a gentleman waiting already. I waited 5 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff.

Then I noticed that there were 3 employees working the drive-thru.
I had to ask of we were going to get service or if the drive-thru os the only customer that matters.

Finely we got services and the employee was very rude and pushy to get me out..

I ordered a “farmers wrap” for my child and when he ate it he found a long strand of hair.
I ordered something pretty big so we had to wait. I thought it was going to be quick but it took 25 mins. Turns out they forgot about our order. Terrible service.
