Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza was awesome, got a chili as well but was too hungry and finished that plus the missing slices as well - everything was great

Have lived in Chestermere for 21 years and over the last few years the Tim Hortons has been much better (especially better than Dons)

Restaurant was so messy. Plus the staff doesnt dont know how to do right customer service. They are not smiling and even saying thank you! Specially in the morning. And they will rush you cause they are always watching their service time! Thats why its better for me to buy in the near a&w for coffee or starbucks.

I asked politely if my water bottle could be refilled at the window. The staff member (who appeared to be a manager) refused, which is fine, but the response was very rude. She raised her voice and abruptly said next please which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Better communication and
basic courtesy would improve the experience.

This tim hortons is by the far the best in town. The staff are so friendly in the mornings. Orders are always fast and accurate. I have been coming here since 2009 and it’s always been fabulous. 10/10

This location always gets my orders wrong. My drink I normally like to get wasnt even correct and it was a different menu item flavour. I was told I was wrong when I told them they gave me the wrong item. I most likely will not be returning to this location as it is increasingly frustrating as the service continues to go down hill.

Customer service needs to be better. Employees are little impatient. Please be polite with your customers when they are asking you offers showing in there app.

I entered a Tim Hortons after many years to only discover the customer service does not even exist anymore! Lol

No basic etiquettes of smiling or greeting! Future seems to be very bleak for Tims unless they start hiring people who can speak atleast some basic English and have the courtesy to atleast greet a customer!

Anyways I dont care anymore as I dont go to Tims!
