Nice & spacious.

The kid working the cash named Braxton was nice but he grossed us out when he started scratching and picking his nose before getting our donuts. It took way too long for the rest of our order only one person working the food area. They are getting cheap with the cream cheese on the bagels as it barely covered the bagel the last few times. Based on this visit it was really not good.

One of the staff members noticed someone left behind a cell phone when my friend called my cell the staff member that I had delt with she gave my phone back to me she was awesome thank you for making sure no one took my cell thank you very much I was wearing a blue hoodie thanks so much and besides that for me this place rocks in my mind have a awesome year

This is the worst Tim hortons. They rarely have any items as well as if you ask for a tea and they only have half a pot at night time they will refuse to make you a full te and tell you they can give you a small. Maybe you should think about rehiring your night time team

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT AUDACITY THIS IS. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO TWO MEDIUM STEEPED TEAS TWO CREAM ONE SUGAR. ITS 3qt way FILLED N ON TOP OF THAT there IS NO SUGAR AND THAT IS NOT TWO CREAM. HELD BACK MANY TIMES IN REPORTING THIS REVIEW HOWEVER ITS A FREAKING COMMON OCCURRENCE BY THE SAME EMPLOYEE AT NIGHT. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE. COMING HOME LATE THIS NIGHT WOULD ATLEAST HOPE MY ORDER IS PERFECT.

Most of the time they get my order wrong. I only drink tea and three times they gave me coffee instead. When I called in, the lady told me to come back and bring the coffee they gave me. I was like I cannot come back as I have to go to work then she hung up on me. This happened on 09/28/2023 around 08:10am ish.
