I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this A&W location. My husband, who is a truck driver, arrived about 4 minutes before closing. I understand it was close to 10 PM, but the doors were still open, the lights were on, and they were still serving someone in the drive-thru. He chose this location because truck drivers have very limited food options and need places where they can safely park. On top of that, he had been stuck in a snowstorm for hours and was starving by the time he finally reached there. I understand the staff is not obligated to care about someone being hungry, but it is basic customer service to serve a customer who managed to enter the store before closing time. Instead, the employee (a Filipino man with glasses) told him the store was closed and refused to serve him, even though he clearly made it inside before 10. As someone who has worked in restaurants, I know that if the doors are open and a customer comes through before closing, you serve them—even if the grills are already cleaned. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. We will not be returning to this location. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

Fast drive through service here. The foods usually pretty expensive but it's real food. McDonald's is like half colored grain and AnW is like all beef patty

My mom and I went to eat breakfast here, we ordered the Canadian special I believe it's called and all of it tasted off, the bacon, sausages, hash browns. I thought it was just my taste buds that were off so I ate all of it, so did my mom and about an hour later we had diarrhea REALLY bad, and day 2 still have diarrhea. Be careful when you eat here, I don't recommend this place to anyone! It'll be the last time we go!

The BPA heat activated chemicly harmful reciept is on outside of bag, not laying on top of the hot fries like thier neighbors. And my drink wasnt covered in coke for me to rub sticky around in my vehicle or have all over my slop the hog hands like their neigbors often give me. I got too many freezer burnt chicken finger orders to try them again, but i see some new staff. Fries are always good.

The lettuce wrapped teen burger for no extra charge was a delight. The onion rings were tasty. But the abomination that is called a root beer shake was not worth finishing. Bring back either a chocolate shake or a root beer float. Two thumbs down to the slushy machine beverages. (Tho I do love your new pret coffee menu).

They should consider toasting both sides of the bread. Lettuce is supposed to be green. A and W food quality is going downhill. Oh and the cups don’t fit in the trash can???

If you want service that's as bland as the food this is your go to! Went through drive through and stopped a few minutes later at a park to eat with the family. The food was definitely older. The sweet potatoes were so dry we couldn't eat them and the hamburger on the patties were rubbery. Wish we didn't throe about 38$ for that cold garbage.

Love A&W but they don't have Decaf coffee and I can't have regular coffee so I go to where I can get my meal and Decaf coffee. I wish they would get Decaffeinated coffee
