Front of house staff are good. Kitchen staff is trash. Worst kitchen staff i have ever experienced. With the prices of food, you would expect better food. Dont you dare ask them to change something on your food, kitchen staff will make you wait 30 mins for breakfest. Trash back of house staff, quit your job and stop making people as miserable as you are.

Let’s see, where should I start. Took forever for our food, service was horrible, but i will give it to the lady as she WAS running both the lounge and Restraunt. The food came horribly cold, eggs and all. We Came with the free breakfast from the Ramada hotel. So most of us picked the HOT breakfast, we got it and everything was cold. So its more like the COLD breakfast lmao. In summary, it was bad service (though there was the lady doing both the lounge AND restraunt.) Food was cold as hell too.

Restaurant & Lounge are great. Truck Stop on the other hand is a joke, usually filthy, horrible showers, very expensive because they know it is the only place for a truck driver can go.Fuel islands are alway full of garbage laying every, windshield center rarely has water
