went to redeem my coupon for a free sub stuff seem to be little unknowledgeable about being able to help me . so I just paid for the sub in left they were nice about it but they kind of admitted that training for such things for were kind of not there. I felt sorry for them because it's not their fault it's up to management to train their staff
