I ordered two subs, they were the right size is about the only thing that was correct in the end after being asked three times what size I wanted. I asked for ranch on one, it came with three different sauces on it. I asked for peppercorn sauce on the other, it also came with three different sauces on it. They were both supposed to be turkey, they both had roast beef on them. They were both supposed to be on Italian herb bread, they were on brown. I’m going to jump straight to the solution, perhaps if even just one person working today understood a couple words of the English language it would be less stressful for the staff. Wouldn’t it be great if the customers felt that they should return for repeat business? Unfortunately in this instance that will not be the case. The workers were pleasant, it’s just not realistic to expect them to be able to communicate with the customers when they have absolutely no background with the language.

Recently in my life I started trying Quiznos. So far I've ate a couple subs and a honey mustard chicken salad. All were excellent and I would choose this over subway anyday

Food is good but they toast everything without asking. Asked for black pepper and I'm told they're in little packets for me to put on. So I gotta unwrap it, open it, put pepper on it, close it, wrap it up again then go to my truck. Come on, get real. That's like going to a classy restaurant and they give you plastic forks! ?♂️

Got a steak 12 inch for my husband the kid making it made a peppercorn steak, and I ordered a turkey bacon swiss 12 inch and the kid made mine a ham with no bacon and no cheese, not impressed 1 bit and when I phones to talk to the manager I was out on hold for ten mins.

Prices are very inflated. $28 for a 12" sub, cup of soup and a fountain drink. No discount offered for a combo either. Seems almost double the price of a normal Quiznos.

Being nice and the kid behind the corner give death stares. Like ok, I’m still going to be nice, throws the sandwich together like I did something to him. End up telling them to keep and walking away.
Had a young kid with curly hair, was super friendly and polite. Had a turkey ranch that was delicious

Had a girl serve me with attitude 3 days in a row Jan 21st 22nd and 23rd at 5pm. She should not be working with the public.Jan 27th at 5 had a Male server who was very good but when I reminded him what cheese was supposed to be on my sandwich because he didn't put any on he just said yes nodded and left the cheese off. English is not his first language.They are not at the standard that you would expect from a franchise like Quiznos.I eat here every day because I work out of town and stay at the hotel next door and my options are next to none.

Was very disappointed with the verity of veggies and sauces they have. It was my first time visiting Quiznos and was expecting same or close level to SubWay. Same prices but quality is far away from Subway.
