Drove through the other day on my way home from a camping trip in Waterton. I felt so bad that the staff was so understaffed, and that there were so many grumpy customers about. I hope the rest of your day was easier than the Sunday lunch rush!

I was looking forward to posting a positive review, ordered chicken fingers with fries, and a poutine. The fries and poutine were perfect, and they give more fries than DQ does.
Then I go to the chicken fingers. They are literally have the thickness they used to be. They literally are cutting their chicken fingers in half. Price has gone up ... And you get half the portion you used.
So much for having anything positive to say.
Claresholm is running out of any decent place to get fast food. The new McDs isn't going to be any better either.
At least when 711 screws up they contact you to try to make things better. A&W obviously doesn't care at all what people think.
Unimpressed. Fries were cold and bleh. Ordered a mozza burger - and I'm pretty sure they gave me one of their fake burger patties. Was disgusting. The chicken fingers - that I had to wait for - and they were barely luke warm. Not impressed at all.

Advoid this a and w came today for lunch even tho there was no one in the restaurant it took a long time to order and once we got our order we added an order of onion rings after that took 20 minutes. Yes 20 Minutes for onion rings. Place crawling full of flys landing on our food and once got stuck in the ketchup. Totally gross

The service was quick, the staff friendly ( with what little interaction I had),I used the drive thru. The food was very good but very.expensive. I can't afford to eat here anymore. A government person doesn't allow for such luxuries.

We dropped by in this location as its one of the food chain close to the highway. The customer service is amazing but we came at the wrong time as they are out of so many things (cheese, yam fries etc…). It might be one of those days where it’s been busier than usual and delivery is late.
Despite the busy drive through and dine in, kudos to the only three staff working today specially the kitchen staff who works alone doing big orders by himself.

My dad and I went here for Lunch. I have Celiac and two team members really helped me with placing my order and checking in with me to make sure everything was okay. The lettuce burger was really good. They made sure the grill was cleaned and the spatula was a clean one. The two team members are Violet and Carol.
Dietary restrictions: The offer lettuce wraps for people with celiac and if you request it they can clean the grill and use a separate spatula for cooking your burger.
