The baristas were so friendly and actually wanted to talk to you! I altered my order slightly based on his recommendation, and it was a great choice. As well, they make one of the best chai lattes anywhere. It was almost worth the trip to Claresholm just to start our day off here!

Ordered a cappuccino but they only had giant cups. I had to explain how to make a cappuccino, and it still wasn’t made right. Maybe they shouldn’t have it on the menu if they don’t know how to make one? I love to support small business, but I likely won’t be back.

A place I have supported each time I travel to the town but I wont ever be coming back. Walked into the shop in the morning... I was the only customer - staff member saw me approaching the counter and with an unfriendly look on her face she turned her back to me and walked away without so much as a "good morning" or "ill be with you in a moment". I got the message loud and clear - customers not wanted so I left. I ignored poor customer service I experienced on a previous visit but never again. Here's a big hint to this business... you'd better understand what customer service is about and teach your staff. No excuse in today's world to not know how to treat customers.

Great location, just off the highway. Excellent service, pleasing atmosphere. Disappointed in the coffee!! Way too hot, and couldn't taste the coffee flavour. Foam on the flat white, was very thin, and watery.
