I keep trying to give you guys a chance and you just keep dropping the ball. I was happy you brought back the buffalo chicken basket but sure would be nice if you actually gave some sauce. 3rd time in a row where it's like you dipped the strips in the buffalo sauce and then out in the container. I understand the price of everything has gone up - but making the food worse is not the way to keep customers.

While my family and I had to eat late here an hour before they closed, the staff was very nice and accommodating even during the late hour. They brought our meals to our table and made sure we were fully satisfied. Their burgers and blizzards were quite good considering the late hour.

Stopped here for lunch on the long weekend May 18th while traveling to Calgary. There were 3 of us, and we all ordered the chicken strip meals. Was the worst chicken I have ever had. Chicken was dried out and over cooked and not even hot. So it had to have been sitting in the holding tray for way of the allowed time. We took on order back and told them that it was cold and overcooked and showed them, and they were not surprised. They asked if we wanted a new order, which, of course, we said yes to. Well, the replacement order was no better than the first order. This is not the first time I have had horrible food from this location. But it will be the last time, as I will never stop st the Dairy Queen again. For a small community on a long weekend, you would have thought they would be more concerned and would have done better. But no, they didn't care and didn't do better. Highly recommend that if you want chicken, do not stop at the Dairy Queen in Claresholm Alberta. Keep driving and go somewhere else.

This is the second time my friend and I have been here through drive through. We are locals and every where else is extremely respectful. This place really has gone down hill. We had ordered some drinks and some ice cream and redeemed a meal. When we had told her we wanted to redeem the mea she didnât know what we meant. We then explained it to her and she was still confused.charged us for two. Then told us is then told us thatâs what we said. We ordered two mini blizzards. One was a cookie dough with extra hot fudge and the other was a reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. And she managed to get BOTH wrong. we got a peanut butter party or whatever itâs called and the other one has walnuts in it like a turtles blizzard. The only thing that was right was our drinks. She then told us we ordered it wrong and she had said it out lour. Which she did not. She just told us to âdrive up pleaseâ. She said she wonât remake the blizzard ever after this because we caused a line up. This experice was really something else
