I WENT THROUGH the DRIVE-THRU to BUY 2 LARGE BLIZZARDS and I ASKED for 2 of the SUPERMAN CUPS for a GIFT for a CHILD. I was TOLD that I would HAVE to PAY EXTRA for the 2 CUPS of 25 CENTS EACH and WHEN I SPOKE to the MANAGER and MENTIONED that NO OTHER FAST FOOD STORE CHARGES EXTRA for SUCH MINISCULE ITEMS….. HE ADVISED ME that “NOTHING is FREE!!!”
I REMEMBER EATING HERE about 2 YEARS AGO and NOTICED the BURGER SIZES are MUCH SMALLER than ANY OTHER DAIRY QUEEN, SUCH as AT EITHER NANTON or HIGH RIVER and I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to NOT VISIT THIS CLARESHOLM DAIRY QUEEN because TWICE I HAVE RECEIVED VERY POOR RESULTS and NOT the FRIENDLIEST SERVICE!!!

I keep trying to give you guys a chance and you just keep dropping the ball. I was happy you brought back the buffalo chicken basket but sure would be nice if you actually gave some sauce. 3rd time in a row where it's like you dipped the strips in the buffalo sauce and then out in the container. I understand the price of everything has gone up - but making the food worse is not the way to keep customers.
